  I was visited by Codi G****** from Best Choics Roofing and Home Improvement. Though I am not in need of a new roof at this time, Mr. G****** was incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, and thoughtful. He was so helpful, explaining the process of getting approved through insurance and patient as I asked so very many questions. He was also quite knowledgeable about things to watch for and do, moving forward, to ensure our roof remains safe and sound for our family. I plan to have him come out and inspect my parents roof after the beginning of the year. I am not really one to leave reviews, but I was very impressed with Mr. G******! If he is a true representation of this company, I absolutely will recommend them to my family and friends!

  Jessica is so helpful, twice she’s has given a very personal approach to her assistance making a very stressful situation a little less stressful. I am grateful to her and this company.

  They did a good work. Their employees were great.
  But we had an agreed price in a contract and they are charging me $6,000 over that contract price. They have suspiciously fired everybody who was involved from my sales people to the management when my contract was put in place. This is their excuse. They are not very reputable. I do not trust them. They had fired employees with no notice whatsoever and had issues let getting the employees their paychecks from other reviews that I have read.
  This is not a reputable company. They are overcharging their customers and lying and not holding up to their contracts

  Julian was amazing! His presentation was A+ and he is the type of employee that should be a paid supervisor or trainer! We reached out to this company because of bad customer service with a competitor and his patience and understanding doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you for exceptional service!

  This review is for the Watkinsville, GA office. They have salesmen knocking on doors to inspect roofs. Somehow some way, they find damage that "insurance companies should cover". They came to a house in Morgan County. Asked to inspect a persons roof, said there was damage, and that insurance will cover it. The homeowner told them they did not have insurance. The roofing salesman said well if you get insurance we can work with them to get it covered. This is fraud since the damage would be pre-existing to any new insurance policy. He was either trained this way, or came up with it on his own because they only make commission from selling roofs. Please do not let this company (or any roofing company going door to door) onto your roof or even onto your property. They have very shady business practices. All the other negative reviews speak for themselves.

  This company lied to me. Brandon S*****, was suppose to get the bats out my attic but instead he told me that he never found anything to get the bats out, but could do the work on my roof. Once we decided that he was going to do the roof, I asked him about the deductible on the contract and I was told, it was just there for insurance purposes. I asked again and he said it was there for insurance purposes. I was led to believe that I didn't have to pay the deductible. He never asked me about the deductible until after the work was done, he asked me to do a survey but I was told that he did not have the capabilities to send it to my phone and I could do it on his phone. I have been asking for a survey and I have not received one yet. After, he left my home, I got a phone call asking about the deductible. I asked him could I speak to someone in headquarters and a lady name Renae S*** called me and said she was headquarters and talked harsh to me. I asked her for a survey and she hasn't sent me one either. They have very poor customer service skills and I would never recommended them to anyone. Please stay away from Best Choice Roofing!!!

  I had a new roof installed by the Birmingham, AL (TN) Best Choice Roofing group.
  The sales rep Cameron was pleasant, gave me all correct and pertinent details, and is a credit to the company. The roofers installed my roof in one day, did a great job, and cleaned up well when the job was finished. I recommend this group highly!

  This company ripped off me and my husband. They left an unfinished hole in our roof. Promised to come back and fix and the owner said it was too far to come back when we only live in blackstone va. The owner Joseph kept lying to me and my husband about different rules.
