      This company showed up after storms selling empty promises. Took my insurance check and have since stopped all contact and have yet to even schedule my install.

      This review is for the Roanoke, VA office. This company should be closed down. Walking through neighborhoods telling everyone I can get you a new roof by your insurance company. Let me look at your roof I think you have hail damage when nothing is wrong. I think they are damaging the roofs and they want you to sign where they get the job. they will file the claim for you.

      If it were possible to award negative stars, I would give this company a -100 star rating. If you live in Alabama, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. We began our torturous journey with this band of bozos in January 2023. Myriads of broken promises and numerous salesmen later, we finally got our new roof in July 2023. Not including the actual installation crew (who were fine), every conversation with every single person we spoke with was full of ignorance, rudeness, excuses, and outright lies. Apparently, customer sales and service for these people consists of making excuses, filibustering, lying, and talking down to he customer. I could go on and on about this for days, but suffice it to say this was far and away the worst experience I have ever had with a "professional" company.

      This review is for the Roanoke, VA office. The salesman and his trainer approached me in my yard in March 4, 2023 to see if they could inspect my roof for storm damage. That should have been my first clue to not use them since they were out soliciting business. Of course, they found damage, and I submitted a claim to insurance. My roof was shown to have damage and insurance approved a replacement, and everything was fine until the day the work was scheduled, May 4, 2023. Two hours past their scheduled time of arrival, I reached out to see where the crew was and was told that the previous job had run long, and they would be at my house between 10 and 11am. After 11, I reached out again and was told they would be there by 1pm by one person, and 2 by another. At 2:21 I reached out again and was told they were a half hour away. At 3:15pm, they finally showed up, over 8 hours late. I expressed my concern to both the production manager and the general manager that they would try to rush through the job and get my roof done that day, and was assured that would not happen. But that's exactly what happened and they were still on my roof at 9 p.m. when it was completely dark. There were obviously issues as a result of this, to include they did not install ridge vents which I previously had. Everything was eventually fixed a couple of days later and then the production manager reached out to me with what I still owe, which was $551 more than the total in the signed contract, and no explanation was given. After not getting an answer from the local company, I reached out to corporate and they explained the $551 is the supplement BCR filed with insurance, because the drip rails, rain diverter, and skylight kit replacement were not noted in the original insurance company inspection. Ok fine, but why couldn’t someone locally tell me that? I would not recommend this company under any circumstance. Save yourself a huge headache and find a reputable local company if you need a roof.

      All be it traumatized from my experience with this companies way of drumming up business...I felt that I should give review I was startled by a loud knock at my door when I opened my door I was greeted by a individual that identified themselves as Jordan from the Greenville Branch of NC Best Choice Roofing...they began to talk about my roof but I was overwhelmed by the odor of Marijuana to say the least I was uncomfortable...I asked them to leave and they continued to harass me about my roof...when I finally got them to leave they spun tires out of my driveway and kicked rocks to the point of breaking a solar powered garden light...the attitude and smell of contraband threw off my thinking skills to the point I couldn't focus on anything but strangers at my door talking about my roof and potentially being scammers....this is not conducive to anything good let alone me wanting any kind of dealings with this entity....
