    On 9/6/2022 I scheduled a truck to be picked up out of state and delivered to my address. The business required a deposit and I paid it on the same day. They sent over a contract with a pick up date of 9/8/2022. Today is 9/13/2022 and they still have not picked up the vehicle or set up for transportation. When I reach out to them, they simply say they are looking for drivers for this trip. The seller of the vehicle requested I have vehicle picked up within a week of sale and it is now 10 days after sale. At this point, I simply want a refund of my $200 deposit so I can ship with someone else.

    Hello dear BBB, sorry for the inconvenience that we made, there is no any available driver which is passing this route for now, according to the contract, the estimated pick up date was September 9, so it means the date is not the exact but it is written estimated on the contract, it is a road business and no one can guarantee the exact date in this business, and it is also written on the section 7 of contract that US Star Trucking LLC ship the car as promptly as possible but cannot guarantee the exact pick up date, and according to that section, if the customer cancels the order prior to a week after 1st available pick up date on the contract, the customer has to pay $200 cancellation fee in order to cancel the contract, but if the customer wants a refund, we have to work on the order during 7 days after estimated pick up dare on the contract if we can't hire a driver to pick up the car till that date and it means if we can't hire a driver till September 16, we will refund the money and cancel the order, I am also attaching the contract below that the customer signed, thank you!

    The contract does not state that you have 7 days after estimated pick-up to find a truck driver to transport vehicle. In any case, today is September 16th and I still have no confirmation on pick-up or delivery, please refund the $200 deposit. This delay has become very inconvenient for myself and the seller of the vehicle. Do the right thing and refund deposit so I can transport vehicle elsewhere.

    I hired US Star Trucking LLC to ship my vehicle from . I signed a contract for $1200.00. assured me that their were no hidden fees and this would be the price. As the days drew near to my move I contacted to confirm she did not call until the evening before the move was to be made. Unfortunately, I had no one else to move the car at this point. explained that the driver needed more money. I hesitantly said I would pay him the extra. I put my car on the transport and they left. ( I have pictures and time stamps of the process, plus both contracts). was upset and kept calling my house late at night and would not leave me alone. She had written up a new contract with the new charges. I had agreed to pay the driver more but not her business. She put in the contract to up her charge an extra $100.00. Now the total is $350.00 extra. She insinuated that something could happen to my vehicle if I didn't sign this new contract. My vehicle was already in transit and I thought she may just leave it some where. She hooked and baited me they entire process.

    Hello dear BBB, we have got the signed contract for a total of $1600 and $1300 is a carrier fee and $300 is our broker's fee. This is the second contract that the customer signed, initial contract was for total $1250 which $1050 was carrier pay and $200 is a broker's fee, we couldn't find any available drivers who can pick up the car for the stated price on the initial contract, but we found ti for a higher price and we offered that carrier company to the customer and the customer agreed to pay total $1600 and signed the second contract, so it means that she agrees to pay $1600 for the shipment, and for this route the broker's fee also raised from $200 to $300 as the carrier pay raised, but we didn't do any illegal thing, customer agreed with everything and signed the contract and now she wants the refund, there will be no refund since we have the signed contract with the customer for the stated price, I am attaching the proofs below which are the contract and the dispatchsheet, please help us to solve this case in our favor, thank you!

    I paid a $100 deposit to have my car shipped from my home address in Port St. Lucie Florida to Shelby Township Michigan in June. Brandon promised me three times he would have the car picked up but never showed. I was forced to drive the car to Michigan due to previously scheduled appointments. The $100 deposit was sent to ******* ********* Who owns the company via Zelle from my Bank of America checking account. She continually refuses to refund my $100 deposit with no explanation.

    Us star trucking LLC and I signed a contract to transport my car from on 8/2/2022. They called the next day saying their truck had a breakdown and will pickup my car one day later than the pickup date. The next day they called and said that the price has gone up because it's a different driver now. The price on the contract was $1100 that I signed for and also gave a reservation fee of $200 on the same day but now they are asking for $1900. I asked for my $200 refund but they claim that it will be taken as cancellation fee.

    Hello dear BBB, we have a contract with the customer about shipping for the price of $1100 total, we hired a driver to pick up the car on time, but the customer didn't agree with it, and we had already booked the spot with the driver company, but after customer didn't want to ship the car, we couldn't get the job done, so on the section 6 of the contract, it is said that after order has been placed, US Star Trucking LLC has the right to cancel the order with no refund, so we couldn't get the job done because of the customer himself and the money will not be refunded, I am attaching the proof that the contract between US Star Trucking LLC and customer, and text messages about we have a driver to pick up the car for agreed price and customer haven't agreed with to pick up the car, please close the case in our favor, thank you!

    I signed a contract with this company for them to deliver a car to me at $1000 cash on delivery. They then hired a driver to deliver my car at $1250 cash on delivery. They did not stick to our agreed price, in the contract, and they have threatened to call the police on me and will not refund the difference. I have reached out repeatedly and had my calls ignored, texts ignored, and been told this is my fault. They lied, cheated, and stole from me. All while blaming me. I completed my part, the driver completed their part, and this company failed at completing their part. They owe me a refund and I want my money back now.

    Hello dear BBB, we have a contract with the customer for the total price of $1300, and we have charged $300 for reservation fee by Venmo and the customer had to pay the rest $1000 balance in cash, but the driver has asked for more money for this shipment and asked $250 more than the original price on the contract. So the customer paid us $300 reservation fee by credit card and $1250 carrier pay in cash, so the total is going to be $1550 now which is $250 more than we contracted, that's why we refunded $250 the customer by Venmo. I am attaching the proofs which are the dispatchsheet, the contract and the refund receipt also, please help us to close this case in our favor, thank you!

    I received a $250 refund from this company yesterday (8/18/22). This is only after the BBB reached out twice and I had reached out many many times. I had my calls ignored, and they threatened to call the police on ME (THE CONSUMER) when I told them my issue with them. I gave them many chances to refund me, and all I received was "that's how business is done". This company should be shut down and no other consumer should be put through these types of practices again. I am NOT SATISFIED with any aspect of this business or their practices. I had to pay $250 extra after they broke my cataract, did not inform me, did not inform the driver that they hired, and made us settle it. Then they only decide they were in the wrong once the BBB contacts them, and they try to play it off like they refunded me immediately. This is unacceptable business practice. I went without this income because of their incompetence. They withheld MY MONEY after their mistake that they wouldn't admit to. And they think this is ok now. This is far from ok.

    US Star Trucking provided us a binding quote of $1,400 on June 20, 2022 to move two cars from the New York metropolitan area to Florida on July 28, 2022. I specifically asked the agent () whether the cost was an estimate or whether it was the actual cost, and he confirmed via text that he spoke to drivers and it was the actual cost. The contract I signed also confirmed the cost. On the day of the transport he indicated that his driver "canceled" and that the cost would be increased by $400. When I called him out on confirming that the cost would not change, he said "sir you know its a road business".
