    This business delivers! I called one day and received a quote. I'll admit I was skeptical. Decided to use them. The driver picked up my car the very next day. The vehicle was picked up on Friday and delivered Saturday for the absolute lowest price in the business. Awesome service!

    When I was in need of auto transportation got many calls from different companies and it was to difficult to choose the correct one, Jake with Us Star called me and he said no any upfront fees required and he found a friendly driver, they shipped my van in a good condition, I'll use his service again when I need car transportation

    If I could leave zero stars I would. Lied to me from the first time Kevin opened his mouth. Lied about price, lied about when the car was going to be picked up, lied about charging my credit card, lied about refunding my money to my CC. Now after two weeks of being told they're going to refund my money I had to open a dispute with my CC company to get my money back. This finally triggered them to call me and ask me to cancel my credit card dispute and they would refund me. Zero chance. Worst experience I've ever had with a company. Stay away if you want a pleasant experience.

    I would leave a 0 star if I could! I had a horrible experience with them. I was supposed to get my car shipped on Thursday, and ever since Thursday (it's now Tuesday), they've been coming up with excuses saying that there were no drivers/a truck broke down. Then when they called me yesterday, they happened to find a driver but were asking for $250 more than the SIGNED CONTRACT we had! Totally unacceptable, unprofessional, and unreliable. They don't even give you a heads up on if the driver is coming or if there is no driver. I would ask every morning what's the status on the situation. Nora P. was my representative and she was SO UNHELPFUL. She told me they signed a contract with the driving company for the scheduled pick up day, and there was no driver. She kept saying the driver would come the next day, and then come up with an excuse the day of. Kept having me wait around and kept promising me there would be a driver, and nothing.
