I have used Pipe Wrench for years now and each time they come the people they send are fantastic. I always get the service I need In a timely manner but this time was different. I am in FL and my mom has passed **** and the girl that answered the phone yesterday (I'm sorry I can't remember her name) went to her supervisor and got permission to send someone out last night to get our heat fixed! Pipe Wrench appears to be very concerned about their customers happiness and made the process of installing my new water heater very easy. Jeremy was professional and did an excellent job in installing and explaining the water heater. He left the job site in the same condition as he found it.
