After having a rough experience before finding Pipe Wrench, I was very sceptical. Starting a monthly membership was the BEST decision I've made as a homeowner! I have had a few different techs come out & everytime their professionalism, knowledge & honesty is impressive. (Having grown up in a career military family, I understand that the sacrifice is not on the part of the service man or woman alone, but upon the whole family.) We appreciate you! Second, thank you for taking the time to post a lovely review for Steve's work on cleaning and tuning up your AC units. Third, we appreciate that you mention that having "seasonal service on your units is the BEST decision you've ever made". It is so important for homeowners to grasp this truth! Keeping your furnace and AC units cleaned and tune up prolongs the life of your HVAC systems. Our goal is to help you do that, knowing that if we've done our jobs and taken good care of you, when the time does come to replace a unit, you'll call on us to take care of that, too.
