    they had the part that I did even think I could describe accurately enough to be told no--they not only had it, but it was inexpensive and shipped out much quicker than expected. Dustin helped me out finding the part and then help me through the ordering process.

    Ordered an above ground pool and some accessories to go along with it from them. One of the accessories was the Hayward aquatic 250Li. It didn’t work out the box. So we called pool warehouse and they said there was nothing they could do, that we had to deal with Hayward on it. Hayward is saying we have to register it for the warranty and file a claim and then they’ll deal with it. Well we done all that and now Hayward is saying it’ll be atleast another month before they can do anything with it because it’s their busy season. I’ve been asking pool warehouse for a refund since day one, bc who wants a broke piece of junk out the box and who wants to go through all the trouble of warranting it and sending it off and waiting for it to come back. But they refuse to refund us and we’re stuck with a broke 600 dollar vacuum.

    As a customer service representative, Renee B went well above and beyond normal expectations when she worked hard to resolve a problem with our above ground swimming pool liner to quickly send a replacement liner. She is so gracious and kind when communicating by phone and email. It was a wonderful experience to work with her!
