    Pool Warehouse employees provided excellent customer service by anticipating our needs as customers before we had to tell them what we required. Bailey T, sales; Chelsey W, customer service; and Brittany O. were proactive to our needs and took the initiative to help us by providing all the information, assistance and advice we needed to select the correct swimming pool liner for our needs, budget and how to resolve issues. Furthermore, these employees supplied excellent service by attending to our customer needs, answering questions, displaying professionalism and helping us purchase and understand their company’s products or services; consequently, their great customer service has led us to be truly happy clients and customers, which positively affects Pool Warehouse’s growth. Most importantly, they helped explain and resolve all of our concerns about the process. Because of their outstanding customer service, we are truly Pool Warehouse customers for life.

    GREAT SALES. LOUSY SUPPORT
    First off, let me say that the sales staff was outstanding. Baily was very helpful in getting my order placed and answering all my questions. Unfortunately, their customer service disappeared after that. Upon delivery of my shipment. I did not have a detailed inventory list to verify I had all the parts. Pool Warehouse directs you to do a complete inventory. I called to get that list but never got it. It got worse from there. I had some installation questions. Not difficult ones. I left multiple voicemails but never got a response back. It seems once they sell their product they don’t care about providing you any help. I would not recommend

    Baily made my experience awesome! I have been trying to get my new liner for over a month using a different salesperson! Bailey stepped in and helped me in 2 days & accomplished what had not been done in a month!!
    He has been very responsive and quick to reply to any questions or concerns!! He even gave me his extension number which I never got from the other person!!

    I found this company through a google search, and it has been the best thing that’s ever happened. We ordered our liner in April hoping to get it by our estimated install month of June and to our surprise it came faster than ever. The liner arrived in perfect condition, and was a perfect fit. Baily form Poolwarehouse was a huge help for a self-installer like myself. After some videos from YouTube and help from Baily with ordering the correct pieces, installation was a breeze. I will continue to use this company for all future lines and pool equipment!

    These guys are awesome! I went to get an above ground pool and they went over the top to make sure I was took care and got me exactly want I wanted! Could not ask for better customer service!
