5 starsI was extremely happy with the customer service I received from pool warehouse. I was missing a box of hardware to install my pool customer service representative. Nikki was so nice and professional. She was able to help me she had the box sent out within two days. Then she called me to let me know and give me a tracking number. My experience dealing with pool warehouse was wonderful they are an excellent company and have exceptional customer service. I will be purchasing all my pool equipment from then. 4 starsVery pleased with the kit we received. We did have one issue, an item that was accidentally left out of our order paused the build process; however, it was made right and shipped to us quickly, in large part to Chelsey W in customer service. She was wonderful, and even followed up with me without me having to contact her first. We are very excited first time pool owners, and her patience was much appreciated. She is an asset to your company. The 4 stars were due to the missing items, but Chelsey gets 5 stars!Review fromDONALD P

5 starsI just ordered an item and was lucky to have Savannah G. as the agent. She was most professional, informative and polite as one can be. A true asset to your organization. I am awaiting delivery and will follow up with another review after receiving my item.
Savannah also followed up to ensure I got my verification of order and to let me know she is available for any assistance I may need.

5 starsThe website is easy to navigate, and in addition to pool specific parts and pieces, they sell other pool area related items which provides the opportunity to get everything you need for your pool in one place. Savannah in customer service did an outstanding job keeping us informed on the status of our order throughout the process. Once our part had arrived, it was high quality and fit perfect. Thank you for your professionalism and we will definitely shop Pool Warehouse for our pool needs in the future.

5 starsOur pool robot that we’ve had for a few years needed parts replaced. Pool Warehouse’s website was very easy to navigate and helped me find the exact part I needed. Extremely efficient and quick delivery. The part I needed arrived much sooner than I expected. I also noticed that their prices in general were less expensive than same items sold by different companies. Will use for future needs!Review fromJason H

5 starsI ordered two pool loungers, a table, and an umbrella. The ordering process was very easy. I followed up a few days later and was told the umbrella was out of stock. Jimi Anne, in customer service, arranged for everything else to ship and the umbrella would ship when it got back in stock. Within a day or so, I received a call from the freight carrier to set up a delivery appointment. The delivery was on time. The umbrella was supposed to have a few week lead-time, but I was pleasantly surprised when Jimi Anne emailed me with a tracking number a few days later. Everything is set up and in the pool; we’re just waiting for warmer weather and we’ll be good to go!!!Review fromRichard S
