    ****i @ Pool Warehouse was polite (she spoke English *** *** ******), she was prompt in completing her responsibilities, she kept me informed of the resolution of my issue. She was knowledgeable and she knew how to utilize her resources.
    I wish all my future customer service experiences would proceed as well as this one.

    Great customer service and fast shipping.
    Upon deciding to order from Pool Warehouse, we needed to set up an account for tax exemption. We called the company and received a call back within 24 hours and the customer service and communication was wonderful. Very easy to work with and the product is exactly what you are ordering and delivery was within 3 days for the producst that we ordered. We will be using the company again for all our pool needs.

    Do not trust this company with a penny of your money. The information they post on their website is untrue. They say you can build it if you know your way around a tool, NOT true. They say they make the instructions easy to read and follow, NOT true. I am very handy and have built many things from scratch as well as following templates. I was not informed that an oval pool was a beast compared to a round pool. Renee even told me that no one at Pool Warehouse even owned an oval pool and that she definitely recommends hiring a professional to install AFTER I had already purchased the pool and it had been delivered and unboxed. ...that is the opposite of what it says on the website. The instructions online also completely removed one line from the instruction manual...and that was "We strongly recommend having your pool installed by a professional." The instructions are garbage and are inaccurate.

    I bought a Malibu outdoor pool table from here and it's awesome. I needed to order another cover for it and dustin h was very helpful in assisting me with this. He emailed me back with all of the questions I needed answers to! I will be ordering other stuff from here!

    I ordered a wrong part on line for my sand filter. When it arrived just a few days later, I had ordered the piece with the wrong threads. I called pool warehouse to see if I could return the part. I had the privilege of speaking to *******. WOW. This young lady listened empathetically to my dilemma and started the return process. I asked if I can order the correct pc. She said she would speak to Sales and then connected me to sales. The man knew exactly what I needed I it was ordered in minute. Very impressed- both went above and beyond. I will be a very loyal customer. Thank you Jacinia!
