    This company is PREDATORY!! I was looking for an above ground pool to sit on a concrete pad we had. After picking one out and watching the install video, I called the company to ask if it could be set on the concrete and the salesperson told me yes, it could, I just needed a felt liner underneath it. Get the pool, go to install it and it CANNOT be put on concrete!! So, I call my Sales guy and he apologizes, takes full responsibility, then tells me he'll put in a service ticket for me and I CAN RETURN IT. Then Customer Service tells me THEY WON'T TAKE ANY RETURNS, I CAN EASILY SELL IT ONLINE!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? $4,300 and I'm supposed to sell it online?!!! When your Salesperson said he gave me the wrong information?!!! PREDATORY COMPANY FOR SURE.

    Honestly, I wasn’t sure at first when looking online, but this is actually a really solid company. Turns out they were even more skeptical of me because my billing address and physical address were different, so they initially declined my payment until looking into it further, which I appreciate! ****** followed up and was extremely helpful in getting it all resolved. Everything shipped beautifully with no damage and we are very happy with the product (our game/ dining table)!

    Buyer BEWARE!!! I paid 699 plus 85 for a lift gate fee. Pool warehouse stated in the rules under terms and conditions that WE the consumer need to have a fork lift at our home to u load the merchandise purchased. We pay 699 just for them to drive it here and we have to unload it out selfs. So if you have a large order be prepared to rent a fork lift to u load it yourself. Completely insane to me and I’m so pissed. I spend 6k to have a slide delivered but not unloaded. Who has ever seen a practice like this. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

    ******* was a peach to work with. She assisted me from start to finish to make my experience wonderful. After I went online and purchased the wrong part for my pool, Katelyn assisted me in not only getting me the correct part, but also stepped me through returning the wrong part and getting my refund taken care off. If you need custom part or anything for your pool needs, Pool Warehouse is the place to go. They had the waterfall feature I was looking for for over a year. So glad my neighbor told me about Pool Warehouse.

    I talked to ****** ** about helping me find a pool part that I did not know a part number, the name or much info. about it at all. ****** ** took the time to research everything I said to find what I needed and was friendly the whole time. Great customer service, I would have been aggravated with me lol. Will call again if and when needed. Thank you Dustin H. for your help and great customer service!
