    I talked to ****** ** about helping me find a pool part that I did not know a part number, the name or much info. about it at all. ****** ** took the time to research everything I said to find what I needed and was friendly the whole time. Great customer service, I would have been aggravated with me lol. Will call again if and when needed. Thank you Dustin H. for your help and great customer service!

    I ordered a replacement pool skimmer basket from Pool Warehouse. What I received was not the item ordered. Contacted Customer Service and representative ******* was super nice, very helpful, understanding, and very easy to communicate with. ******* assured me she would correct the order. ******* projected positivity, answered all my questions, and within a few days a new replacement skimmer basket arrived. I am very pleased and would recommend Pool Warehouse. I want to thank ******* for her help in making things right!

    I was very impressed with customer service from the first call I made to Pool Warehouse! I spoke with ****** from the first call and through many issues that were on my end. He never passed me off to anyone else and he was helpful and friendly every single time I had to call him back. I highly recommend them for your pool and pool accessory needs!
