UPDATE: I don’t like to leave bad reviews and I understand if you get busy or if you are out of a product. I have been to this location 5 times in a week. Wasting my time and gas I guess. My name was suppose to be on a list for a product. Not that this matters but I just had heart surgery and took my time to go here not feeling well to do business with this store. I left my name and number not once but 4 times. Again, I get if you are out of the product and I get if you are busy but it’s poor customer service to not return a call after all these visits and being told you will called in the morning. I’m not mad they don’t have what I need or actually I don’t know if they do or not, no one will call me back. I’ve worked in the industry my entire life and this is a business killer. You need real leadership and commitment to your guest. If you don’t intend to ever call then say so, I’m good with that too. But to say something and never do it is not ok. Beware of the League City, TX Location
UPDATE 1: Corporate reached with and email to call the Manx I did and it tells me to go online. Doesn't sound like they care about helping. Just another lie to tell and to waste your time.
UPDATE 2: Needless to say weeks into this they aren’t really interested in fixing the situation or even talking to me. When they asked to talk to me, I didn’t ask to talk to them, but customer service was so important to them they want to talk to me and resolve my problem. They have giving me a free dessert on them??? How insulting that I’m not worth a call or to even figure out what’s wrong but to send me a free dessert like I have a bad meal. You can shove you free dessert up your pie hole, I’ll pass. Never again will I go to this place and I know little oh me won’t matter but over time you will create many little oh me a with your lack of care. When business are struggling like never before the best approach is to brush off a devoted customer.

I went to Cracker Barrel in North Myrtle Beach, SC. The waitress did a good job with our order and I paid my bill through the app, in which we travel to Cracker Barrel’s a lot! I filled out the survey and went toward the exit when my wife had seen something to buy in the store side. We reached the register and my 6 yr old daughter found one of the hand puppet sharks and began to play with it, grrr.. she said to my wife, myself and the cashier (Sue). Sue stopped, paused and looked straight at my daughter and rolled her eyes. My wife and I looked at each other as if this really happened. So I then grabbed a shark and did the same thing to see if her reaction was true. O’ yes! She began to slander us and talked us down! I’m not exactly sure why Cracker Barrel would put someone like this up front dealing with the public. I am completely, not asking for a refund but, I am asking for a response on her behavior and an apology. We were on vacation at this time and my Wife, I and my children were bothered the entire day. Please watch the video Cracker Barrel and you will notice that this was inexcusable.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Part of my online decor order was delivered but I’m missing an expensive piece. Over 7 days and I have not one response from the multiple ways I’ve attempted to contact someone. Never again. Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. An employee at the restaurant literally told me she thinks the warehouse is marking high value items shipped and keeping them to sell. Maybe, maybe not. I wouldn’t know what’s going on because nobody will respond

I don't think that Cracker Barrel corporate understands CUSTOMER SERVICE which they are lacking. There top executives should try reaching customer relations ans a regular customer see what they experience,

Called customer service and only asked for numbers on the card well that's the problem. Some of the numbers are missing. The band on back is scratched. It was a gift. Just want a reissue. But can't speak to a real person

I have contacted Cracker Barrel Customer Service twenty times this week - there is no way to get a live person. I have tried to contact through their website Chat - never, ever are they on line - always states "Chat Agent Unavailable." I went through the general comments because I had no other option, and that was over a week ago, and no one answers. Their website is no help. I have never seen a company operate so badly. I have two gift cards that I paid $50 for at the ****** *******, and I am trying to confirm the transaction history because the website states error when I go to check or inactive. I need their confirmation so I can get my money from ****** ******* to prove that no money was ever loaded on. It is absolutely impossible to get in contact with these people. I am going to file a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General's Office. This should not be so hard. This is time-consuming and waste of time. All they have to do is have one person who answers the phone or is on chat. Horrible company.

On Saturday evening (March 4, 2023), my husband and I left the Airport after a long day of travel. We visited your Cracker Barrel location at 344 Rockwood Rd, Arden, NC 28704, to enjoy a meal. We arrived at approximately 6:50 and were told we had a short wait, (No problem) We were seated and shortly approached by a young man who took our
      order.
The server did not return to the table for over 40 minutes, it is now 7:50.
We got up to leave. The server came down the aisle at that moment (no food) and I informed him “we are leaving, and I would just like to pay for the Iced Tea”.
This is how the next minute went:
      “Server”: Is there a problem?
Me: Yes, we have been here for over 40 minutes, and we have not been served. There have been at least three tables waited by another server who have their food and we are still waiting.
“Server”: Well, that’s not my fault.
Me: I didn’t say it was your fault, I just want to pay and go.
“Server”: “Well you don’t have to be such a ***** about it!”
To say I was taken aback is putting it mildly. My response was short. I said “well, not like you”!
I went to the greeting station and asked if there was a Manager I could speak to. When I explained why, the greeter looked at her tablet to verify the time and stated we were seated 51 minutes ago, and called the Manager who was working in the kitchen.
She came out, listened to what I said and stated she would “speak to him”. When I told her I was going to send a letter to the corporate headquarters she said, “ I may have to write him up”. She told me I didn’t have to pay for the Iced Tea, and we left.
I have visited Cracker Barrels and I understand there is shortage of “help” in the service industries everywhere, but this is inexcusable, and I would like an explanation and an apology. If I were a different person this could have turned out very differently. I was embarrassed, left hungry, and very shaken.

About 25 months ago I purchased 2 polywood rockers from the store in Grapevine TX. One of the rockers is falling apart at the rails. The rockers had a sticker on them that stated they have a 20 year warranty. Attempting to return the rocker at 2 different locations I was told they did not handle the warranty and to call the main office. After at least a dozen attempts I was unable to talk to a person...ANY person. It is amazing how you can sell a product that your kind of known for as every restaurant has those rockers on their porch but act like I was talking in Swahili . I guess I'm out my $219.00. I've never heard "I don't know" so many times. Your attempt to do ANYTHING is pathetic. I will NEVER darken the doorway of your restaurants again. Your "AW SHUCKS" persona in nauseating.... take your family elsewhere when picking some place to eat.

We certainly appreciate your patronage and apologize for any disappointment. ******** does offer a 20 year limited manufacturer's warranty. Please visit their website at **************** for information about submitting a warranty claim.

Arrived 10:30 Pickerington OH site- wanted to order "build your own breakfast" comes with 1 piece of catfish. We asked about an extra serving, waitress said yes-but not disclose any extra cost. We searched the menu, saw "substituted meat selection $1.49 each", we ordered 3 extra pieces to share.
Waiting for our meal, I asked to speak with her manager. I shared a problem with a prior carry out order: I called in and spoke with a young female (Sara I think) that food was too nasty to eat and said she would take care of me when I came back next time - listing my name in a book for $30 credit. I asked if this manager could look it up and she said "they don't do that... and followed up with "but you would have had to come within 2 weeks to collect". Then I asked politely if you don't do that, what would a 2 week limit have to do with it? She just sighed, walked away and ignored us..
Our food was good, then I got a bill for two having breakfast for over $61. OK, thinking an honest mistake, I asked waitress to help me understand. THEN she told us it is $8.49 each for extra fish, saying it was on the menu but we had read all the breakfast menu looking for that detail and had only seen the statement about meat being $1.49 each. Had she told us when we asked about the extra servings, we would never have asked for over $25 for 3 pieces of extra fish. A lack of professionalism to not advise a customer of this cost and to treat us so rudely for just a question.
Maybe my receipt was thrown away for the credit due me with my first issue. Not trying to get something for free, not a complainer; very disappointed with their treatment of us: lack of proper respect when asking questions, professionalism that should be a service to all customers from both waitresses and the manager. I have paid both my bills in full but I am very dissatisfied. I would like feedback from corporate who is responsible for this site. I want to warn others to ask before you order if not clear to avoid this

Will probably file a larger complaint but so far I'm out almost 200 dollars from a purchase made on Christmas Eve at the Cracker Barrel off the 101 and i17 in Phoenix, AZ. I used my debit card initially was told it did not go through but the money was removed from my account. I tried to tell the associate, but she said on her side it didn't go through. I had to wait 10 mins for my credit card (their Tap system want working). The associate said it was a pending charge on the debit card and would drop off. That is not the case and while the manager at this location was as helpful as he could be the corporate offices are proving to be a chaotic mess. The online chat option is NOT AVAILABLE, calling the number available online gets you 20 minutes of hold time and then a message saying 'your call cannot go through '. I also submitted an online message and received and email stating a response within 10-14 business days?!?! That is unacceptable! This is leaving me in a bind until my next paycheck and no one seems to give a ****
