      Dumfries virginia Cracker Barrel Beware! Sat-Nov,18th 2023
      early evening a stop for dinner from a busy work day, very dissatisfied, disappointed in such a high volume and trusted family restaurant! You can do better Cracker Barrel!!! After receiving my Dinner barely warm and no biscuits, and mash potatoes are never fresh so hard that your fork has trouble separating the mash potatoes, upon such a unsatisfying meal I happen to look at both of my glasses that my merry berry tea had been poured in and was shocked to find that both drinking glasses was so dirty that you couldn’t see thru it !!!! so still thinking this can not be I took my napkin and proceeded to clean the rim of the glass and the muck did in fact come completely off, so I reported this to the manager and nothing much was said from him other then he would refund my tea.
      I’m pretty sure after the server had informed me that the dishwasher was broken whaaaaaat” and you’re still serving !!! that my plate & silverware had not been proper cleaned as well, this was my experience at this location

      Cracker Barrel in Cleveland, TN: on 11\09\2023 I ordered the deep fried turkey breast dinner for carry out. Meal was horrible. Turkey tasted like it was left in a refrigerator a couple of weeks after being cooked. It was tough and stringy and tasted awful. There was no gravy on the turkey as pictured on the menu. The mashed potatoes were gummy and did not taste or smell like potatoes should.
      Also, I signed up to the new Cracker Barrel app and was supposed to receive a free Barrel Bite when I ordered through the app. I ordered Cheese Bites. which had the taste and texture of rubber, and was charged for this "free item."
      I immediately filed a complaint with Cracker Barrel Guest Services and was promised a response within business days. Still waiting to hear from them.
      Cracker Barrel used to be a great place to eat and shop - not now. I gave one star because there is no way to give negative stars.

      I HAVE CALLED CRACKER BARREL 8 TIMES TALKED TO CUSTOMER SERVIVE PERSON WHO PASSED ME TO SOMEONE THAT I LEFT A MESSAGE WITH, I HAVE CALLED 12 DIFFERANT TIMES AND LEFT MESSABES AND THE CALLED TWO STORES AND STILL NOTHING. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THIS ORDER QUACKER BARREL IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM

      After being seated, NO SERVICE!!!!!!! Finally a server came stated she picked up our table and did not know she had. Took our drink order would not take our meal order because she had others to get. Came with our drinks took our meal order. Never saw her again. After long wait complaine to alleged manager. He tried to blame it on what we ordered. A bowl of beans, Chicken tenders and stuffed pancakes????? Sat back down server appeared again. Informed us our order had not been in. Never heard another word or saw alleged manager again. **** poor excuse for Manager, server and restaurant

      My sister and I had dinner at Cracker Barrel in Troutville Virginia. We were hungry and tired, and it was close to our hotel. Our food was cold and not fresh. To say the least! Fresh baked potatoes should be flaky and hot and fall apart. Ours didn’t And I sent mine back. She brought one out and said this is a Fresh one. It was not a fresh one. It was the same kind of potato that was hard and only heated up with a lot of butter on it. I have filed three complaints on their website with a promise of them getting in touch within five days. No one has ever gotten back in touch with me and when I go to crackerbarrel.com all I see are other similar complaints. Their site says you can chat with someone but the little thing you click on says no one is available. You call their phone number and you get rerouted and never get to talk to a human being. What kind of customer service is this? I’m talking about the central Cracker Barrel website. I want my $42 back!

      My husband and I were eating at the Cracker Barrel restaurant, Sunday, September 10 around 1-1:30 PM. They did not have any clean glasses, so we were served our tea in a plastic cup, which was OK. When I tried to take the top off the cup, the tea spilled.
      It went all over me, the table, both chairs, then saturated the floor. The server brought extra napkins and laid them on the table, for the me to wipe myself off, clean the table and chairs and to put in the floor to soak up tea. I feel someone in the restaurant should have wiped off our table and chairs and then had someone to mop up the tea from the floor, then move us to another table. I tried to get in touch with the manager and as of, yet they have not answered my call. However, I did voice a complaint on the Cracker Barrel website. We spent over $45.00 at this restaurant, which will not happen again.

      I went with my daughter and my mother to Cracker Barrel in Morristown, TN on 8/22/23. The waitress placed everything on one bill, and I needed my mother’s separate. I figured it would be no problem and it could easily be done at the register. This is where the very unpleasant Kathy was located. I asked her to split the bill and she she said I was hateful. My mother came up and she stated that she did not have to take this.
      It was non-stop and I was trying to ask about clarification on MY bill.
      I filed a complaint through the website and received the Ticket Number: ******** in an email.
      There has been no response. When I attempt to call the store a manager is never working “so I’m told”. I would like an apology for the rude and disrespectful tone that was taken with my mother and myself in front of my 12 year old daughter.

      I bought a gift card at ****** for Cracker Barrell. They had a hard time activating it so I wanted to make sure the balance was correct. I tried the number on the back of the card and got a message that this service was unavailable. I went online, found the place to check it and it too was unavailable. I called the corporate number (2 numbers) and there is no way to talk to anyone so could not check it that way either. There is absolutely no way to check your balance using THEIR provided methods. Also, the chat box at the bottom of their website says "chat unavailable". The ONLY way to check this is to call the restaurant and have an employee check it and you have to give them the pin # which is not a secure way to do it. I cannot get a refund for the gift card so I am glad it was only $25 and I will never buy another and probably will not ever eat there again either. The last time I ate there, I waited 15 minutes as the waitress passed me by over and over and i had to request service. It was an out of town place and I just let it go because I haven't had this problem locally. I understand CB is going out of business, I completely understand why.

      I purchased two items from cracker barrel online store after I checked out I noticed I was charged a $25:handling charge on two small Halloween items. I immediately tried contacting cracker barrel to cancel my order.The chat was unavailable and the phone number never gave an option to talk to rep. So pressed zero which said connecting to operator which just went to busy signal. It has been 3 days and I still get the same thing when I try chat or calling. all during their business hours. I have sent email twice and no response. Now the item has shipped which I don't want because of the 25 dollar handling charge
