      I went to First Horizon branch in **************** on 06/17/2024 and spent over an hour opening my business account with *******************. I gave him the business promotion that was offered to me and when all was done I confirmed what I needed to do to get my bonus of $800 dollars. I deposited the qualifying amount and I did the 20 transactions within the first three full statement cycles. On September 24th I called the branch to check on my bonus and was told by ****** that I didn't qualify. I asked him why and he said that it was supposed to be 20 transactions per month and I explained to him that I confirmed with **** that it was 20 transactions over the next three months. I read him what the Horizon website says and he still was not acknowledging that the website does not say per month. Attaches you will find the wording directly from their website which states that it's 20 transactions within the next three statement cycles which is 90 days. I feel as though I was baited to open the account and deposit 25k and do the 20 transactions and then they did not keep their part of the deal. Now they want to change the terms even though I was told directly by **** and their website.

      I started a checking account a couple months ago, lately i had a lot of unauthorized transactions, they owe me for at least 2 $70 and 2 $35 fees that should have been credited along with the fraudulent activity but their claims department wont correct it all they are doing is referring to a customer advocate of some sort instead of ************************* my account i even have atm deposits that are not showing up on my account and incorrect debits that they have not corrected i should have over $1200 in my account instead i was having to overdraft my account, causing me more issues with my mortgage and the last withdrawal i tried after i deposited $1000 into my account only $100 showing up and it should be $1200 in my account, and they say i am opted in for overdraft but i received a letter where I was removed from everyday overdraft and and they have closed my account fraudulently yet i am still oweed over $1200 that needs to be credited to my account for the unauthorized transactions and the deposited that are not showing also they need to compensate me for removing the opt in overdraft on my account where they have fraudulently opted me out of the overdraft which has caused issue with my mortgage yet i am still being made to believe that i am still opted in yet each of the 2 overdraft were paid within a day or 2 but they have opted me out for no reason and have caused issue with my mortgage because of this fraud on my account..which is casueing over $1000 in damages because of these issues..

      per the cfpb their is a ********************************************************************** a temporary credit they are in violation of regulation e policy and they need to correct it before this causes first horizon alot of trouble for violating policy, becasue they wont speak of the issue when i call they say i can only speak of this issue through cfpb, and they are not handlng this issue correctly, they fraudulently removed me from being able to overdraft my account then they are also closing my account on the 24th of september, becauee of this issue, and they still have not credited me $450 for the promo i signed up for when included ach deposits over $1000 and i have received several of those but they have failed to correct any of these 3 issues, and they closing my account because of this atm issue which is causing me alot of trouble trying to find another bank at such short notice.....

      first horizon still has yet to provisionally credit my account they have caused my license to suspend because of a chargeback from progressive that I didnt know about then the *** malfunction and the fact that  i am not able to overdraft my account even though i opted in and they fraudulently opted me out, has caused me to lost my restricted license because of a chargeback that was fraudulently done on my account nor have they provisionally credited my account even though their policy states they would credit my account within 10 days, which tis error took place 9/12/24 and it is now 9/23 and nothing has happened to correct this issue except progressive telling me that they took back the funds I paid my insurance for and they have caused me to lose my license now I'm over ******************************************************************************************************************************************* probably because of my race because of them discriminating in me because I'm sure they didnt removed the overdraft from no one else account that signed to authorize overdraft but they done this without my permission which is against the the policy to remove me from overdraft without my permission and my account was not negative balance..i have also attached their policy pertaining to *** disputes which is highlighted in purple *** errors or efts...and I am still owed $450 for the promo that I should have received as the bonus for having ach deposits and my 90th day was last week.... their promo or incentive

      I'm sure they are going to tell a lie just as they done to the cfpb first they stated that i opted out verbally which is a lie the branch manager even stated that he opted me out from being able to overdraft my account, I did not give them permission verbally, #2  Progressive issue they state it came out of my account when i have the proof from progressive which shows they paid progressive then took the money back from progressive which they were  not supposed to do, third they owe me over $1400 in *** issues and over $4500 in fraud and they is close to $7k and if they don't correct it I will be filing a arbitration against first horizon and I will ask for 25k from the issues and damages this has caused me...they owe me a lot of money and then we just had a storm which has caused more issues so they owe me over 25k from the fraud the *** disputes and the damages this has caused and i will seek every dime of it if not more because of the issues this has caused me....and the attachments show that Progressive was not paid...this is before they tell a lie

      first horizon does not know who I am but is reporting a fraudulent account on my records. I was a victim of ID THEFT , police and TBI reports filed . First horizon despite multiple attempts for years has refused and ignored all fair credit reporting letters to send information on the account . They are reporting a fake and fraudulent account number to the ********************** bureaus that they can not confirm by any records. I have requested the original signed agreement and documents to turn over for police investigation and validate the debt ..They refuse to speak with me or cooperate with me. I have videos of me walking into their banks and they have no record of any accounts to me by my social / birthdate or ID of the account number they report to the ********************** bureau. First horizon violates the little people rights and fair credit reporting laws continuously with no repercussions. I request they release any and all records to validate this debt and original agreement to prove their investigation. This is unethical and horrible practices from a dying bank

      First Horizon Funding has been harassing me with unsolicited phone calls for since February 2024 and it is now July 2024. I have never applied for anything with them, and they are saying that I am missing documents. I told them to take me off their call lists but it persists. They even called me a 3 AM.

      First Horizon marketed an offer to me via direct mail for a $450 bonus provided I met an average daily balance of $5000 and 10 transactions per statement after the first full statement. They have are now unwilling to fulfill this offer they made to me. This is an unfair and deceptive marketing practice.

      I am getting calls every day, sometimes multiple calls per day from spoofed numbers claiming to be First Horizon Bank and "needing some info to approve my loan application". It is a recording and I have to call the number back. I have called, many times, to try and get this to stop. I have never contacted First Horizon for a loan, I am not in fact seeking any loans at all.1. They say in the recording if you listen long enough that the agent cannot put you on the do not call list and that you should 'hang up now'. I have done this, but, I know enough about technology to know that this is not really a thing.2. Then if you listen longer they say 'press 9 to be placed on the Do Not Call List'. I have pressed 9, multiple times. Of course it says it may 'take up to 24 hours'. Well, this has been going on for 2 months and the number of calls has been increasing. 3. I have connected with an agent multiple times and when I ask to be placed on Do Not Call they usually just hang up on me.4. Today the agent said 'Do Not Call wasn't working but it was fixed last Friday and they are happy to help me'. I then got 2 more calls.I would like this to stop. If this i snot First Horizon then they need to get their act together, realize they have been hacked, and get into action because at this point I would never do business with First Horizon or any of their affiliates.       This company has been calling and leaving multiple voicemails a day. They claim that I have an incomplete application for a loan. I have not solicited their business or taken any steps to start an application or anything with them. I would classify the frequency of calls and voicemails as harassment. I've tried blocking their numbers but they use a service that changes their phone number and often spoofs their location to being nearby.

      I keep getting these SPAM Calls from this Business. I have NEVER EVER seeked and business or contact with this company. I have followed their "so called" number removal instructions. Yet, I still get these SPAM Calls from VOIP numbers in numerous different states.What use is the "DO NOT CALL" list that I've had for OVER 30 Years?I am so Fed up with this company and their continued harassment calls.
