  I have purchase a couple of pieces of equipment from Titan to help me build my home gym and achieve my fitness goals as I am a busy mom of 4 small children. Their equipment has helped me stay fit while not wasting time driving to a commercial gym , where I would waste more time waiting for equipment to be available. I bought the Sissy squad machine and the leg bench for Bulgarian Split squats and my legs look amazing. The equipment is incredibly study and padding is incredibly comfortable. They delivered without a problem and all the equipment had been without any damage or scratches. I will keep buying their equipment until I have fully rounded gym at home.

  I purchased the Titan adjustable bench and the value for the price is unbeatable. I have used this several times through various workouts and I am impressed with the durability and functionality. One word of caution, the ******* location does not contain a display of their equipment. If you would like to see it, touch it, feel it, be prepared to set your expectations to online viewing only. For example, ******* reviews.

  I have several products from Titan, including the Plate Loaded Functional Trainer, Reverse Hyperextension, ******************* and quite a few smaller items.Titan offers substantial value in the true sense: quality/features for the price. **************** is good-once an issue is understood (don't use chat-use the submission form).

  I ordered a power rack on 12/22/23 and ordered with Olympic plates and rack attachments. Send customer service an email and they said they were going to cancel the power rack attachments. Instead they canceled the attachments and canceled my powered rack crossmembersbut send the uprights and said that Im going to be charged a 30 percent restocking fee for them canceling the wrong items. When you call customer service its a third party service, they cant assist you and when you ask for a manager they say one will contact you in 24 to 48 business hours. Also every time you call its a different thing that was shipped or canceled and when you go to their orders it will say sorry were having technical difficulty cause their trying to cover their tracks from their mess up that I have documented. Stay away from this company, they ****

  Had a mishap with my order. **************** apologized and corrected their mistake promptly. Very impressed with the quality of the products for the price. Will buy from again.

  The worst customer support. I placed an order and tried to cancel within 1 hour. She stated that the order is processed with 5 min (It is a 300lb machine). It was also placed on the weekend and she stated the warehouse only work mon-fri, so It could have easily been canceled. Terrible experience and want to charge a $200 fee to return. Shady company with shady policies.

  **************** is terrible at this company. **************** isnt able to assist you adjusting an order. Do not order. I understand their products are price reasonable but not worth the lack of support. The people they hire to assist if anything goes wrong are not competent and not capable of fixing issues.

  **************** is terrible with this company. I have spent well over $3000 or more in the past couple of weeks ordering equipment from Titan fitness. To my own discredit, I forgot to include a 5% off code that had been sent to me from Titan fitness in the final placement of my order. I contacted customer support and dealt with ****, who was unable to honor the 5% code that had been sent to my email. I thought this was a poor way of handling it. I ignored it and moved forward. Once my equipment arrived. One piece was advertised as an adjustable storage rack for medicine *****. Well it certainly will work for smaller medicine ***** it does not work for all to include the larger ones that I purchase through titan fitness. if you plan on ordering some thing from Titan, you better expect to keep it and not have any problems. I contacted customer support to try to see about returning this single item. While the item was only 60+ dollars. I simply could not use it. Titan was unwilling to compromise in their 20% restocking fee, and , the returned item would be shipped at the owners expense. I can completely understand paying return shipping but after spending well over $3000 I would expect more out of customer service and expect some ***** in the 20% restocking fee. Absolutely no remorse from Titan, they were unwilling to budge on the 20% restocking fee. Needless to say it does not make sense to return a $60 item as it likely wouldve been more to ship it and pay the restocking fee. I will not be ordering anything else from titan in fear that if for some odd reason I have issues, customer service/support will not be there. I would go with any other company in the future.
