    I tried ordering a power rack for my fianc as a gift. The order actually didnt go through but I was charged. I contacted the company through phone and email. The employees seemed very unprofessional. I got transferred on the first call *while I was talking* which was rude. The second employee was useless. I emailed customer support and they didnt seem interested when I expressed how they can improve their website and their employees. This company seriously needs to re-evaluate customer service if they want to improve as a business. Now that Im writing my review I see many just like mine all over the internet. It seems like a coin toss on wether youre going to get a product or not. Its up to you if you want to risk it - I already learned my ******* I honestly dont know why there are so many positive reviews on this site.

    I have purchased several items from Titan Fitness. I have purchased a power rack, a barbell, j-cups and spotter arms. All of these products shipped in excellent condition and the quality of the products were very good. The qebsite is easy to use and the communication of when my product will ship and of tracking my purchase was very clear. The pricing is extremely competitive and I have had no complaints. This experience has been over three seperate purchase intervals and each time the service actually got better over the year I purchased the items.

    I ordered medium duty pallet forks for my front loader to carry debris from tornado damage on my property. We lost a lot of large trees and there is a large amount of brush to take to a burn pile. These forks are very well made, shipped VERY quickly and arrived extremely well packaged. I have made two purchases of their products and have been happy with the quality of both. I would recommend Titan to anyone looking for anything they supply.
