      The inspector came and spent all of 10 minutes told me I was low on coolant and I may have a leak somewhere gave me three options send out an inspector to find the leak, add some coolant, or buy a new unit, and all was very expensive and costly. My unit and my house was very cool and comfortable before he came a few days after his inspection my house house is hot as H%$# and I am P%$$. I will never use the again nor will I recommend them.

      On 6/23/25 I called to have a diagnostic done on my AC unit as it was not cooling off. I was told by the technician that the coils needed cleaning but outside of that the unit was in good condition. On 6/24 the unit was not cooling. I called to let them know the unit was still not cooling, I was given an appointment on 6/25 between 8a-12p. No one showed. I called and was told that they had to cancel my appointment. I was rescheduled for 6/26 between 10a-2p. No one had shown. I called and I was told that the tech would be there by 5pm. He finally arrived between 5:30p and 5:45p. He told me the condenser motor was not working. He showed me that he placed the order for the part and he would go pick up the part in the morning from ************** and come to fix the unit in the morning. On 6/27, I never received a call. I reached out around 12p and the 1st young **** told me she would get someone to look into and call me back or the tech would reach out. 3 hrs later, no call. I called back and the second **** told me that I was mistaken and misunderstood, it takes ***** hrs for parts to come in. On 6/30, I called for an update on the part. I was told they will have some call me within 24 hrs with an update. On 7/2 I called to get an update, I was told that they are sending a ticket to parts and would have someone call back in 24 hrs. With it being a holiday weekend. I waited until 7/7 to again reach out for an update. At this point I asked to speak with a manager. I was told they were putting in a request and it mark urgent. I was told if no one returned my call to call back the next day. On 7/8 I called to ask to speak to a manager again and I was told they could see the note marked urgent. I told the young **** at this point it's clear no one is going to call me back and I was done! I then explained that with all this I wanted to cancel their elite program. I was told someone from that department would call but of course, you guessed it, NO ONE CALLED!!

      This is a unprofessional company to work with. I set up appointment for them through ********** for simple HVAC tune-up work. They have rescheduled the appointment for 3 times and I have it set up for 4th time now. I make a point to stay home at the time of the appointment and they simply call at the time of the appointment and ask me to reschedule because they are busy somewhere. This is simply waste of my time and energy. Also it's frustrating for such a minor service! That reminds me the adage 'You can't do good business with bad people!'Not recommended for any work. I don't feel like giving any star.******* ********

      They closed out my re-pipe job before finishing. One of the supervisors, **** ******, informed me they were reimbursing me $700 for a broken Roman *** faucet. I haven't received it Now he will not return my messages. I strongly do not recommend this company

      Ars charged me $8000 for $3500, they did not live up to the warranty they claimed and refused to make a repair.

      They did a very good job installing a water heater. Took a few hours to get a new water heater. This was contracted through Lowes and the labor cost was very high, more than 2 1/2 times what you should normally pay. You also lose any cost saving benefit from ***** if you contract through them using *****' products. So, don't contract through ******** you want to save money.

      My experience with this company was good when we purchased an air conditioner back in 2007. Now when we called to have it serviced this year, all of a sudden, the tech said it was leaking oil and had a picture on HIS cell phone stated that some gadget he showed me had movement in it and it should not have any movement and recommended to replace the entire unit before we have serious problems. I feel it was a scam to get us to purchase a new unit. I guess we could have gotten a 2nd opinion but who has money to pay for all these visits when they should be honest in their findings. We trusted these people. NEVER again will we ever do business with this company again. Believe me I let them Know how we felt. I've heard other customers say how they were lied too. But if I have any other problem, they will come in here and put in a new unit. Someone else will service my unit from now on. Not the company I purchase the A/C from.

      I bought 2 new HVACs for our home in 2019 and 2020. The systems have broken down 4 times since purchased. Their product is poor quality for $7K-$8K each. When it comes to the repair, there is always a wait for parts and labor costs $700-$800. This is a rip off and BBB gives an A+ rating.

      Signed up for a HVAC tune-up through Lowes and I keep getting the run around when I try to schedule. They clearly treat tune-*** as low priority compared to the rest of their service calls. So much so they will cancel on you the day of the appointment. I've had three appointments so far and still are unable to get anyone here. Their customer service **** are also super unprofessional and will stop responding to you when they reach out via text about the scheduling. Probably one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. They clearly don't care about how they treat a potential customer. I ended up getting a tune up through ********** with Coolray and it was the opposite experience. Professional, easy to work with and they even have me a good deal on replacing my condenser. I would suggest going with ******* or another company over *******.

      We bought a new a/c unit from ******* less than 2 months ago. The unit is in our weekend cabin, so most of the time, we leave the thermostat on 80, so its hardly running. The unit just stopped cooling. We have scheduled 3 appointments, and nobody ever shows up. Repeated calls do nothing. The call center just keeps saying we are on the schedule and should be next. I requested a manager call back, and got no response. We have not even received any courtesy calls or texts. I absolutely say DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS.
