Im formally requesting a full refund and cancellation of my ***************** Plan, for which Ive paid $26.75/month since July 2023. Despite this ongoing payment, your company has ***eatedly failed to provide the services outlined in the plan.Three maintenance appointments were canceledeach with little or no notice. Though the plan promises priority service seven days a week, I was continually deprioritized. One customer service *** even hung up on me after I calmly voiced my frustration. Another *** tried to reschedule me for a 610 PM window just an hour after my original 26 PM slot was canceled due to a supposed storm policy that meant they were closing shop at 5:30 PM. When I pointed out the contradiction, I was again pressured to take that appointment (which they obviously would cancel later) or cancel my service with the company.The plan also includes a dedicated phone number, yet every number I tried only connected me to general call center ***s unfamiliar with the local Aksarben ARS brand. One *** even admitted she didnt know what Aksarben was and seemed confused until I explained the relationship with ARS/Rescue Rooter.These ***eated failuresmissed appointments, lack of priority service, untrained ***s, and dismissive treatmentmake clear that the promised benefits of the Elite Plan were never delivered. I have rearranged my life for your scheduled windows in good faith, only to be met with vague excuses and poor communication.I am requesting (1) a refund of the past 6 months of plan fees, (2) immediate written confirmation of my plans cancellation, and (3) a formal apology for the mismanagement of my account. I write this with disappointment because your technicians have always been outstandingunlike the customer service theyre backed by.ARS/Rescue Rooter

Price gauging company. $200 for a ($20) fuse. $1100 to install a "plug in" condensate pump, that can be purchased at retail for $100 for the exact same pump.ARS/Rescue Rooter

Absolutely horrible experience so far. The technicians who installed it were nice, but that's the only good thing to say. My A/C unit was installed in March of this year 2025. It failed an inspection and I called to have someone come out. The inspector came out again, and still, nobody has come out to fix the A/C. I've called multiple times !! It's now July 9th 2025 and they said they would send someone out to look at it. I need this to pass inspection ASAP !!! I Would NEVER recommend this company. I went through ********** in *********. I will let them know, this isn't a good company to do business through !!Fix this NOW, OR I'm definitely NOT paying for anything !!ARS/Rescue Rooter

I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration regarding your companys ongoing failure to replace an ******** that has been under service warranty for 3 years. ****** was purchased in 2022, and 1 year later (2023) the ** compressor went out. An aftermarket compressor was put in due to the *** compressor being on backorder. As of July 2025, I still have not received the *** compressor (that is under warranty) for an ** unit that was almost $10,000. Despite repeated calls, service requests, and assurances from your representatives, the issue remains unresolved, and your continued delays are completely unacceptable. The original issue with the ******** was reported over 2 years ago.I have been told multiple times that the replacement part was on backorder.I have documented numerous service calls and unfulfilled promises from your ******** date, no one from ARS has completed the job or taken full accountability for the delay.This level of service is beyond disappointingit is unprofessional, negligent, and shows a complete disregard for customer care. Frankly, had this been any other company, I would have had the issue resolved long ****** NOT USE THIS COMPANY - their customer service is horrible and they could care less about customer satisfaction.ARS/Rescue Rooter

Won't service my home because I have home warranty. Took my money for a year contract and then told me they I'm not eligible. Was told I was getting service today after waiting all day then they said there call center don't know what they are doing. No supervisor available to talk to and don't know how long it will take to get my money back.ARS/Rescue Rooter

I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding the service I received 3 June 2025 from your ******************* location. Absolutely horrible experience all around. The technician arrived for a scheduled A/C tune up. I explain to him that my unit would shut on/off but would keep my house 1-2 degrees warmer than my temperature setting. He inspected the unit and said that it was not draining properly and its a safety hazard. He stated that he could not do a tune-up, I asked him to quote me a price to have it unclogged. Technician stated that he would have to replace drain line and it was going to cost around $624.00. That price did not sound correct so I asked to speak with a manager He refused to give me his managers name. Technician installed (part number EZT210 $400) would be installed for free with new drain line. I later found out that the part cost was actually price between $69 to $ 99 at hardware store. Technician took 10 minutes replacing EZ trap to my existing drain line. I stated to him that I know this was not a $624 job and once again asked to speak with management. After completion he asked me to signed something on an iPad I asked what I was signing. He stated the document would be email with picture of his work. I told him I was going to dispute the charges I know I had 48hours to do so. I started calling on 3 June calling numerous of times for three weeks. Each time my call was suppose o be escalated. Finally on 20 June after threatening to call BBB. I receive a call from your Service manager. He was no help keep putting off the problem to prior management since he was new to the job.Companies like this should be ashamed for how they **** their customers. Technician quoting me an outrageous price to fix something that could have been resolve with a simple drain flush. I have been calling daily, leaving messages on headquarters line. 5 stars**** ******* ***** arrived on time with a well-mannered and professional demeanor. He was very respectful of our new carpet. He paid attention to me as I showed him pictures and explained what the home inspector found. He then went right to work and afterwards clearly explained what he had found and gave us good sound recommendations without any pressure. He also took the time to explain the operation of our “Smart Thermostat” which was new to us. **** gets five stars from me.Review fromAimee S

We had a shower head that would leak and drip when you turned on the bathwater. When you pulled the lever up to turn on the shower, water would continue to drip from the bathtub faucet. The technician came out and told us that we needed a new valve and cartridge. When he was done the water no longer leaked from the bathtub faucet when we turned on the shower but as we turned on the bath water, water poured out of the shower head MUCH worse than before. I asked the technician why it leaked more than before and he told me that that was just our plumbing. I told him I was confused because it didn't leak this much before the $2400 we paid to have the valve and cartridge replaced. Again, he just said well - that's what it does. There was also a squeak/ squeal from h*** coming from inside our wall now. The tech said he didn't hear it. When I showed my husband he was, to put it nicely, not happy. A small drip from our showerhead and faucet because Niagara falls from our showerhead without pulling the lever to divert the water up and a squeal so loud that it hurt my family's ears. I called them back and they sent another tech to look at the job after they had to call me to reschedule twice due to some scheduling issue on their end. They came out and told us that we needed to pay $1,000's more money to replace a pipe because it was too short and water was backing up in it and pouring from the showerhead. The 2 simple questions they couldn't answer were, "Why is it worse after replacing the valve and cartridge?" and "What if replacing this pipe doesn't work now?" Neither question they had answers for. Disgusted and unable to pay more money to fix the pipe that 'might' fix the leaking showerhead we had them leave. So now I have a showerhead that pours water when trying to fill a bathtub and a squeak from h*** when I am trying to peacefully shower. Absolutely horrible service and we are now stuck with it.ARS/Rescue Rooter

If you are looking for good customer service and resolution of your AC issues, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
This was in fact thee worst experience with essential home service providers in my 25 years of home ownership.
And guess what, still no call from a manager. Even contact the 901 number for QA... and still no one.
So I hope after ever "recorded" phone call, your company evaluates how you will continue to loose business.ARS/Rescue Rooter
