      We were very pleased with ******************** from the start to finish. Our ac died, a serviceman was here within an hour or so then new ac and furnace installed within 2 days. Our installer, *********************** did an amazing job, was very professional, kind and considerate of our needs. He finished the install in one day rather than the 2 days originally thought it would take. Just cant say enough about the job **** did-thank you ******************** and *****

      I requested to have a quote on July 15, 2022 for a water heater and a possible leak in my washroom. The technician Dolor ***** stated I needed a new water heater. I told him to please replace the water heater & check the washroom due to a possible leak problem. Dolor ***** said that another technician would be by in two hours to replace the water heater and check for leaks. This was at 9:00 am time frame. I waited until about 4:00 pm still no plumber. The technician finally came by about 4:45 pm & replaced the water heater, said he was done and left my home. By 6 pm my house had a 1/4 inch water through out my garage, washroom, ********************* rooms. I called ARS Rescue Rooter 24 hour service line and asked for a plumber to come back to my home. The young lady on the phone line stated, there were no plumbers on duty & since it was Friday evening I would need to wait until Monday to have the flooding issue resolved. All I am asking is for my home to be repaired & an itemized receipt. I need to file an insurance claim for my home but I cannot get any help with obtaining these forms. I'm in a hotel due to my home not being inhabitable. I called their supervisor and I can't get itemized receipts for insurance purposes. So this is my last option to file a review. If I could I would give a negative rating, no stars for these folks! Please do not use this company unless you like throwing money out the window. I wouldn't trust them to plunge my stopped up toilet.

      About a month ago my ** started to fail, and the part I had warranty for was not available and could take 5 plus months to get. We ended up getting a whole new ** unit with ARS. When the salesperson was working out the details with us, he said we would get our new ** the next day and after we completed the paperwork, that date changed to 5 days later which should have been a signal. They have a whole bunch of guarantees, and they make it seem like a great company to get your ** from. The first day they came to install my ** they left saying it was completed, it was around 8pm. They left and when I went upstairs, no air was coming out of my vents. I called ARS back within 5 mins of them leaving and they said they can't have the team come back to check it out. The next day someone else came, it was their supervisor who came and fixed it. all was great. Then a few days later the house was getting hotter than the ** set temp., so we called again. Someone came and said there was a s**** in one of the holes in the ** unit and it was freezing up and had to melt the ice and he fixed it. Now we are a month in. Part of our package was that we also get our Air Duct cleaned for 1 thousand dollars. They set an appointment to come several times and each time we would call the day of, they would say they don't see an appointment and they would make another one two weeks out. We went through GoodLeap and they already released the funds to them and now we are paying for a service we haven't received. GoodLeap and ARS have been a nightmare to work with. All we want is the service to be performed or my money back so I can find one who can do it. If you're looking to get new ** or anything from ARS, please use this as a sign to look elsewhere.

      **** showed is experience by completing the installation in a dedicated professional way. Pleasant demeanor and very knowledgeable when asked operating questions etc. Would recommend to anyone.
