      WHERE DO I START. SATURDAY, 7/30, A/C UNIT STOPS WORKING. CALL ARS AND BEING A CONTRACT CUSTOMER, ******************** WILL SEND SOMEONE THIS EVENING. WAITED FROM 4PM UNTIL 8:30PM AND NO ONE CALLS OR COMES. I CALL AND CANCEL TO SET UP FOR SUNDAY, 7/31, BETWEEN 10 AM AND 2PM. AFTER REPEATED CALLS, DISPATCHER CALL AND TELLS ME IT WILL BE CLOSER TO 5PM, QUITE A DIFFERENCE FROM 2 PM. IVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF ASPEN/******************** FOR ABOUT 6 YEARS. HAVE A NEW A/C UNIT INSTALLED IN FEBRUARY ************************************************* AUGUST 2021. HAVE ALWAYS HAD SERVICE CONTACTS ON REGULAR RENEWAL. THE WEATHER IN ********** ** WAS IN THE MID 90S. IM 85 YEARS OLD AND NEED ASSISTANCE WALKING. I EXPLAINED ALL OF THIS DURING MY MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS BUT COULD NOT GET DISPATCHER TO RETURN MY CALLS. REPAIR MAN SHOWED UP AT 4:30PM AND TOOK 15 MINUTES TO REPAIR PROBLEM AND I STILL HAD AN $89 FEE EVEN WITH MY SERVICE CONTRACT. WHATEVER HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE?

      Well, after the tech left and gave me his review of which was incorrect, he said my compressor was rusted and developed a hole, was trashed..so then a salesman came in to talk about buying and installing a new system, so what he could do was between ****. And 10000.So I told rep I have to think about it...the next day my brother's came out to check the unit, that's when they found the thermostat wires on outside of unit had been cut with evidently a weedeater from lawn maintenance man. So my question why did the ac tech lie to me about what had happen from his view. He had said that you run the compressor with a hole in it ,it is going to burst..but anyway I got another unit much bigger and better ****. I would say thank you but for what...I do have Pictures..

      We had an appointment today for the purchase and set up installation for our second system with ARS. The representative was prompt, knowledgeable and took the time necessary to make sure that everything being done would be in our best interest! We highly recommend ARS and appreciate the dedication shown to us in getting the job done right. Kudos to everyone from the office staff, to ************** and field supervisors!!

      On 4 Jul 22, my ** stopped working. Because my system was still under a 10 year warranty (purchased in Jan 2013), I called ARS/Rescue Rooter. I was told $109 was the fee for the house call. After looking at the system, the tech told me my fan motor was bad and the labor price was $709. When I reminded him the system was still under warranty, he told me that it would take a long time to install it and he had to order it. I paid it. About 2 weeks later, another tech arrives to install the fan motor. He installs the motor but the ** still doesn't work. DIAGNOSIS: mother board is bad. He ordered it. On 21 Jul, he returns to install the board. The ** began working. But before he left, he told me my Freon was low by 4 lbs. The needed to charge $200 per pound totalling $800 more. After I accused him of price gouging, he lowered the price to $470. I paid the fee. Now I am into ARS for $1,109. He left. About 20 minutes water begins pouring thru the plastered ceiling, onto my wood floors. I immediately called ARS. The tech returned and after seeing the water. said, I didn't do it. Initially, he claimed the pan was clogged and that caused an overflow. He told me $200 to fix the pipe. When I refused to pay him, I felt the pipe and discovered a break at a joint. Apparently one of the two techs sthat came out, tepped on the drain pipe and when the ** came on, we'll the rest is history. I explained the same issue has occurred before. They charge double the average cost to install and diagnose. They sold me a system model year 2 years old when I was told it was new. Nothing but issues with ARS. RUN DO NOT TRUST THEM.

      My technician, **************, was excellent. Very professional and friendly. Diagnosed the problem and made adjustments. Very reasonable cost. Called for appointment yesterday morning and requested a 2 pm appointment and ***** arrived promptly. He used house booties and, I was impressed at the value of his service.
