1 starThey are not honest for the first thing. They gave me a quote. I said no. They asked me what my "wish number" would be, they said ok. It has been 2 months since they installed it. Most of it. Missing a part they had to order. They did the sloppiest job on caulking and I asked them to return to make it better, they did return, it is only slightly better. They do not return my numerous calls for an up date on completing the job. I am still trying to get someone to return my call. One Ridiculous reason last call was that they have texted and emailed the parts department but they have not responded and they can't call them! Really? You can't call the parts department of your own company? I could go on but this should tell you enough to know you do not want to do business with them.Review fromChris C

3 starsArs as a whole is a GREAT COMPANY both as a customer and employee for the most part from what I have heard EXCEPT there is one issue with a female employee at the ********* location who likes to flirt, be ****** friendly with one male co-worker specifically and is non professional in some of the messages she sends. I have friends who work in *******, know a few people vaguely at ********* and a few other locations. The ONLY reason they are getting a 3 ?? review is because of her and how she thinks a wedding band apparently is just a piece of jewelry but has no significant meaning behind it. I didn't feel it was completely fair to give 1 or 2 ?? as all in all I would give them a 5 if she were more professional and less flirtatious as well as childish in her messages. My family in many states have used ars and will continue but when I heard about this I was very upset.Review fromBarbara L
