      If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered an alternator from car *********, ****** delivery driver met me at gate took a pic marked it delivered. Box felt empty, looked in box and it was empty, I told ****** before he left and he stated he would contact **** who was not answering.****** took box back, scanned it. Never heard from them again. Its still marked as delivered. I filed two claims with fedex. Havent heard anything yet. Filed a police report as well. Terrible service.

      I don't like this company, *** is much better, but had to use to ship a firearm.When I took the package in, I was told they couldn't print a label for it, to go home, go to their website, then pay for and print it myself, then return.This is an uneccessarily burdensome expectation for the customer, since I'm already at one of their sites.The website itself is cumbersome and user-unfriendly, with multiple pages, which must be completed perfectly to advance. When an error is made, you get a message to "fix it", but no indication of what the error actually is. It is impossible, too, to actually reach a human being for questions, unlike any other company I've ever experienced.Calling their number gets you an automated response, with only a few basic choices, and if your inquiry is none of those, simply says goodbye, and hangs-up.The attendant at my local FedEx center, however, was very courteous and helpful, stating line workers have been recommending to management a human-staffed customer service transfer line for years, but nothing has been done in that regard.This is a company I would never use, with this one exception, as they're the only one that will ship handguns. If you're shipping any other parcel, do yourself a favor and go *** or ****. This is an uneccessarily

      I had an air conditioner delivered. The box was trasher and so was the unit. I can't fathom how they broke it so badly. They don't care about how merchandise is treated. Fedex is a joke.

      I have had 2 packages that have been "lost" in the Memphis office . Both have claims and they "mysteriously disappeared" both happened to be luggage, suitcases, seems suspicious to me. Its been days and no update. I have reached out to FedEx, started cases, and claims but nothing. This is very poor customer service. THIS IS THE WORST Experience i have had. no one speaks English when i call to deal with my package. SHAME on FEDEX

      Absolutely the ********************** Avoid at All Costs FedEx is by far the worst shipping company *** ever dealt with. Their customer service is practically non-existent its like talking to a brick wall. If your package gets delayed, lost, or delivered to the wrong address (which happens often), dont expect any real help. Youll just get scripted responses, endless transfers, or worse, a chatbot that loops you into nowhere.They make delivery promises they cant keep, tracking is vague or outright inaccurate, and if you try to contact them for help, good luck youll need the patience of a saint. *** had packages sit in the same location for days with zero updates, drivers who lie about delivery attempts, and no accountability from anyone at FedEx.I honestly dont know how theyre still in business. Spend your money elsewhere **** ****, DHL, literally anyone else is better.

      My pkg from a pottery store in ****** was purchased Apr 3. 2025 while on vacation. I have have tried to no avail to monitor, get updates or talk to someone. The customer service is in **** and cannot understand. Communicated via email finally to answer questions to release from customs and never heard. We'll my pkg is being returned to pottery store. Absolutely no help of any kind from ************* Terrible service for customers but they don't care and their delivery services continue. I'm beyond trying and you can't make this up.

      I'm a ***** distributor that depends on daily delivery of my tools in order to operate, it's going on 2 weeks sense I have received a package and nothing but lies from fedex never had this issue when we used ***

      My husband paid to have a package overnighted to me and its 4 days later and they cant find my package. This is horrible and unacceptable. They dont care because theyre such a big company that my complaint doesnt matter. Meanwhile I have to go without my package until its found. All of the reviews on here say the same thing about paying for timed delivery and it doesnt get delivered on time. So unacceptable.

      Worse service ever they told me it left ********* office at 1240 in the morning and would be here between 11 and 3 the same day called and then was told it was still in ********* and wouldn't be here until sometime the next day
