      I ordered a part and was emailed it would be here next day from a store. Had a tracking number and everything! 5:30 pm the following day the part isnt here and its now being shipped from the west coast and wont be here till the 6th! I paid for the next day delivery form the STORE. After calling they cannot/will not refund my shipping but best they can do is a $20 gift card! NEVER SHOP FOR PARTS AT AUTOZONE!!!!

      Went to Autozone and bought a starter for my daughters car. Was the correct starter, but it did not work. Bendix would come out, then right back in. Not enough time to start the car. The starter has a sticker on it that read "Triple Tested". I guess it only functioned properly 3 times. This is not the first time I have gotten parts from Autozone and they did not work. At least 3 times in the past year this has happened on different vehicles. ********* always saves my behind in the end. Just saying. The only thing I might ever by from Autozone again, would be, maybe oil or something that they can't mess up.

      They like to play customers. They have legal scams of holding on to your money while you suffer I ordered a battery which basically results in them holding on to my money while I don't have the battery because the decepted from the start and know the policy will allow them to hold on to your money

      I had a head light and a tail light out and dreaded the time it might take to replace them. I stopped by Auto Zone in *********, ******* today and an employee, ******, replaced both in under 10 minutes. He was so knowledgeable and professional! I recommend this store and ****** to everyone!

      I ordered a fuel tank online, received the wrong tank. I called the store, they ordered the right tank and said I could just swap them out in store. When I went in to swap them over they tried to charge additional money for the tank and my refund didn't appear back on my card. I had to file a dispute at my bank to get my money back. I will never do business with AutoZone again, worst Customer experience I have ever had with a parts store.

      Ordered brake pads online, an item EVERY local Autozone has in stock, and was supposed to get Next Day shipping.Two weeks later, order status online still says Ready To Ship, so I called their customer service number and cancelled the order. This was two days ago and the order is STILL listed as ready to ship, and they have deducted $20 from my Rewards Card.Still waiting for order to officially cancel and get that $20 put back on my card.Do yourself a favor and just go to a local store and buy what you need... the online ordering system and fulfillment department is worthless.
