      Ordered a Duralast Gold truck battery online on Sunday, 1/15. Website said it was in stock and would be available for pickup in one hour at the local store in one hour; they would send e-mail when ready. One hour passed, then five; no e-mail. No e-mail the next day, either. Contacted their customer service. They confirm not ready, even though the website still lists the item as being in stock and available for pick up. Four days after ordering? No e-mail, still "processing." Website on Thursday afternoon still listed items as in-stock and available. Come Friday morning, an e-mail arrives stating that they were canceling the order for unspecified reasons. I guess I should be grateful that they finally deigned to admit that they didn't have it, but I don't appreciate being jerked around for nearly a week. The sheer number of complaints on this site suggests that they have a big problem with their inventory system.

      Horrible online experience.Ordered a 500 dollar tool on 1/8 with a delivery date of 1/13. First 2 days order said being processed next 2 days says ready to ship with no tracking information. Called local store no help, sat on hold with corporate for 29 minutes for them to tell me they couldn't help. Call back tomorrow and we will see if we can help. The I get an email saying they hit a bump in the road. Really your kidding me. This was my first and last order with Auto Zone. I should have stuck with Advanced Auto. Save your time and frustration shop anywhere but Auto Zon

      I will not purchase another item from Auto Zone!... On 12.28.2022 ordered a battery online, Jupiter store #**** which the indicated IT was in stock. When I called for an update, ***** ***** confirmed in stock and come pick it up. I explained I needed to replace **** as girlfriend had a Dr. ***** Told him I would pull the old battery and be by in 10 minutes. Within a few minutes he called back and indicated the battery was not in stock but should be there by 5:30 pm. Told him that was unsatisfactory and to cancel the order, I'll locate one elsewhere. Response was OK, if that. It certainly wasn't stated " you need to contact Auto Zone to handle online order issues"! I quickly located one at Advanced Auto in Jupiter and went to procure (their rep. confirmed/indicated 10 in stock) and I replaced it within an hour. Checked my credit card statement 12.30.2022 8:30 am and noted the AutoZone charge on my account. Filed a dispute with my credit card company and received a case #, temporary credit with notice of letter forthcoming in **** days and keep records of your information while they investigate and attempt to work out with the vendor/merchant. Same date at 9:15am called back AutoZone and the reply was we don't credit online orders, you need to handle that issue. Same representative I spoke to on 12.28.2022. I replied I contacted the credit card company to dispute the transaction. Response was OK. Useless customer service. Don't plan to do business with them again! If I had employed AutoZone's ***** he would have been counseled, reprimanded or terminated! No patience for this type nonsense and will do business elsewhere!

      I went into the ************************* **** store to purchase two five gallon jugs of 5W-30 ***************** and two filters. The gentleman behind the counter said we have a manager special that'll save you a lot of money and he took me over and he showed me an oil pan, a funnel, a roll of paper towels, a bottle of fast Orange, a 5 gallon jug of oil and a filter for $33. The Castrol 5 gallon jug by itself was $40. I pointed out to him that the sign in front of the special said STP he said don't worry about it go get your Castrol I'll honor it. When I went up to pay for everything another gentleman stepped in and refused to allow it. I did not ask for this it was offered to me. So instead of costing me $66 it cost me $103. They have lost a customer and I will plaster this all over social media. Shame on them.

      Autozone always fails to preform the most basic tasks. Ordered a part same day delivery, part is marked at delivered but there's no part. I have tried emailing them 3 times, and waited over 4 days and nothing. Autozone has always ****** me over every single time I have ever went there.

      DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Auto Zone cancelled my order for "issues of payment" without contacting us for resolution. I placed the order on a Tuesday and they cancelled it over the weekend when no one was in the office. Furthermore, the call center staff was not interested in helping me with the issue. IF YOU ORDER ONLINE, EXPECT THAT YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED.

      expected next day delivery, I get deliveries all the time. The dates of delivery date has changed 4 times now! Order date 9-18-2022. Now it's up to the 27th! I'm not even certain that at that point it's going to arrive! I have no faith in them anymore! I keep having to tell my mechanic, oh it's going to be this date now instead. That's terrible! What's the problem with you at AutoZone?!? You don't honor your delivery dates?!? You also don't notify people that an item they ordered is nolonger available?!? The one part that I truly needed but then ordered other stuff just to get free delivery! Stuff that I'm now set to receive (the part I really needed is no longer even on this order, it just disappeared, no notification whatsoever! Now, left in the order is simple, basic stuff. Antifreeze and oil changing items. But they can't even get that stuff delivered in an acceptable time frame! Truly pathetic. Never ordering from AutoZone again! Telling people about my experiences, too! I feel as obligation to others. Shame shame, AutoZone. I will personally never shop at one again. I don't award praise to the undeserving. I do award praises to those that deserve it. Pathetic is the best way for me to describe the situation.

      Autozone;Ordered an instrument cluster from Autozone online. Supposed to be ship to my address within two days. One week later still don't have instrument cluster. Customer is long gone. Don't order anything online from Autozone online. Store employees seem very helpful, but I'll never order anything again. If they have it in the store and nowhere else, maybe.

      If you have problems with a part that caused damages to you vehicle do yourself a favor and just file a law suit. You will not get any where trying to solve this your self. all the phone calls and being promised someone will call back, is just a load of BS. no one will call you back. I even went as far as calling the ceo and was promised a call back the same day and got nothing. Auto zone sold me the wrong part for my truck causing extensive engine damage over $4000. in parts alone. I have spoke with the district manager about this matter. Auto zone is trying to blame the manufacture for the damages. The damages were not caused by the maker of the part, They were caused by auto zones employee who was not trained on what could happen if a wrong o2 sensor was installed in a vehicle for any amount of time. Auto zone does not want to take responsibility for their employees. Auto zone will not call me back and every time I call they just give me the run around. They have no respect for their customers. I trusted auto zone to sell me the correct parts for my truck as there is no way I could have known this was the incorrect part. When I found out the part was incorrect The damages were already done and its been almost a year and my truck still will not pass smog therefor I can not drive it. I asked auto zone to pay me back the money it cost me to get it right, I wasn't even asking for labor or loss of time and money because I didn't have my truck. but now that I have to file a law suit against auto zone I will ask for everything , loss wages, loss time, labor, and parts and filing fees. I will also ask that auto zone have to train their employees before putting them on the floor to help customers. I can understand people making mistakes and taking responsibility. I can't understand making mistakes and trying to put the blame on someone else. own up to your responsibilities and do the right thing. Its called respect. I know you hope I will go away, But I will not.
