  It was recommended to us that the crawl space system offered by Terminix would be a great option for our home. We were able to finance it with the guarantee that if anything happened, they would come out immediately for service. We signed up, and they came out immediately to install the system. It has been 7-8 months and after multiple calls and attempts to cancel, we have STILL not had any confirmation concerning anyone hearing our concerns. We have been paying monthly on a service that we are not receiving or benefiting from. We are a super nice couple and I feel that we have been more than generous as we have been thinking about staffing issues. We are super disappointed to have been wasting our money with no return on guaranteed services. I called customer service and although the rep was nice, she was adamant that we would not receive a refund although our vents have been down for months and spiders and such have entered our home that were not present before. I still have hope that itll get resolved but after 8 months its super difficult to have faith in this company.

  No call, No show. Unprofessional, unexceptable. I'm in the service industry, and I would never leave a customer hanging. Wasted 4 hours waiting for nothing. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!

  I was a customer in ************ ** since March 2022. I singed up for the pest & terminate service. Yet the termite service was NEVER conducted. Therefore, I called customer service numerous times to have by billing corrected. Each time I was told they sent it over to the local branch and NOBODY every called nor did the billing get corrected. So in June I canceled the service because of your companies failure to **** accurately and provide the correct services. Now you had the nerve to send me $676 **** because I canceled. I've call the branch numerous times now and the billing is still NOT corrected. I can't find a number to call your corporate office all I ever get is an customer service agent saying they will send yet another email and they see no responses on file from the branch manager.

  Worst company EVER, they will take your money and when is a problem on they're end or a mistake on they're part they will tell you the generic script " sorry for any inconvenience but we will get back with you in 3-5 business day " , but by then is to late. There is no communication between the call center notes , branch manager/supervisor notes .They will tell you 1 thing and the next day is something else. Lost money and days off with this company whit no fault on my end but I'm paying the price. I guess branch supervisor/manager is too busy to fix the mistake or answer when your on employees call you to fix the issues right there.I doubt that I will get any answer back .

  They set a trap for raccoons & left it unattended for weeks. Left several messages to branch manager. Did not return my calls about cancelation.

  The technician that came out was not familiar with the products they were using, and by law if someone ask for an MSDS they are required to provide that, and they did not know what that was. Also they did not spray inside my fence because it was more than 10 ft from the house, it is only8 ft from my patio. So to this day I have ants , scorpions also centipedes. And I paid over ****** start up fee that I asked for a refund, and was promised callbacks, we just receive emails our case is closed. Do not do business with this company

  I made 2 appointments and both were canceled unbeknownst to me. When I called to get a refund I was talked to very unprofessional. They are giving me the runaround about my $169 refund. Basically they took my money didnt show up to do their job and now hassling me to get my refund. Orkin is the way to go.

  I contacted Terminix for a home inspection and a inspector showed up promptly when he said he would be here.He gave me what I believe to be an honest and professional evaluation and recommended a general treatment.He had me sign a contract using a tablet and said a technician would be here the next day.My only problem with the whole process is that I told the inspector I only wanted a one-time treatment but when I received my copy of the agreement it had a provision for a quarterly service that automatically renewed annually. I called the 24/7 number at 3am and said I wanted to cancel my contract, the lady was very polite and apologetic and said she would pass it along to the local office. I got a call promptly at 8am from the local office and said they would cancel the contract. I checked my bank account an hour later and found the charged has already been reversed.I have seen nothing put bad reviews for this company on this website, but I felt compelled to state that although I did not follow through with the one-time treatment after finding the mistake in the contract, Terminix acted in a completely professional manner and promptly handled my concerns.

  Worst company ever. Paid to have my house sprayed quarterly. I had to call them after 10 days because nobody ever called to set up appointment. The day came for them treat my house and they never showed up. Called to find out why they didnt show and they had no idea why. Needless to say I set up another appointment and they didnt show up for that one either. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

  They will steal your money by double charging you, calling you to make payment after payment was made and cashed and it will take contacting BBB to get a refund. They do not ever come out when they are supposed to, despite having specific instructions that never change after 20 years they still do not follow them, and you will continue to have termites and other issues so why pay them to begin with? By some bug spray at the hardware store and save your self the headache.
