      Had HVAC installed Kirk, Joe and Dean were exceptional workers, knowledgeable and so comfortable to interact with. Also so appreciative of supervisor Morton C******** for all his support for all my questions and concerns, and that he and Brad reviewed the entire installation to assure me of the perfection of the HVAC. Thanks Hiller family.

      Hiller has been my go to service provider for heating, air conditioning
      and plumbing repairs since 2007.
      Hiller has always done an excellent
      job. Recently, my air conditioner stopped working and I called Hiller
      to make a service repair appointment. Chris, Hiller service
      technician, was at my house the very next day to ascertain the problem. Chris quickly diagnosed
      the problem to a faulty electronic control board an ordered a new one.
      Since the new control board arrived
      on Thursday afternoon and Chris’ day off was on Friday, Chris volunteered to come in just to install
      the new control board. Chris( Hiller
      technician) did this so I would not have to wait over the weekend to
      get my air conditioning repaired.
      This is what I call service above and
      beyond. Chris is a great ambassador
      for Hiller HVAC. Nice job Chris.

      I’ve used Hiller for ~12 years now and always pleased with their work. New hvac, new water heater, hvac service. However, they have become increasingly slow with service calls and I am really beginning to wonder about my loyalty and what the happy hiller club is really providing me. Took 5 days just to come out for hvac capacitor repair that took about 30 minutes. Response time needs to improve dramatically, especially based on my total spend with them, the supposedly “happy” hiller club, etc.

      Carson was here very promptly and discussed my issues. He explained, very thoroughly my membership plumbing review and proceeded to inspect my plumbing and completed with the professional work to repair my toilet and faucet handle. Thanks!

      Appointments are easy to schedule with online or phone options available. Technicians are polite, knowledgeable, and work efficiently. Issues and solutions are discussed along with pricing prior to any work being completed eliminating any billing surprises.

      I was charged $359.00 for one hour's work. That is outrageous. I understand this is skilled labor and I support a good wage. But I'm sure the repairman is not paid $359.00 per hour! Nowhere close to that, I'm sure. It simply is not ethical to do repair work for one hour and then hand your victim a bill for $359.00 labor cost. There should be laws against such unfair charges!

      Rocky (Fayetteville) came out to perform 6 month check on our HVAC and found issues with the installation that was done by another company. He explained the issues that we could be facing, which included the pans overfilling and causing catastrophic damage to our home. He fixed the problems and finished the maintenance
      and made sure all questions were answered. Rocky was on time and very knowledgeable!! Thank you for taking care of our home!!!
