When I left the vehicle, the work requested did get accomplished to the best of my knowledge properly. My complaint is that my transmission worked very well without any issues when dropped, they put it into and out of the garage 5 or 6 times after repairing I was told, however when I picked it up they accepted my payment of ******* gave me keys but once in car the transmission did ot work, the breaks were off as well. When I went in no one came out to look at car they just said it was fine until two days ago then it quit, then we don't do transmissions I guess you gotta have it fixed, not our problem. I believe if it worked well before it should now. In addition I should have received a phone call stating the new issue and told when I stopped to pick it up. I do expect a call from supervisor above store level for this I was directed to insurance adjuster or claims rep. ***** a period of time, I had already repaired the car again, and they denied the claim due to not being able to view the vehicle prior to repair, and because the business repairing did not say it was their fault. Had my vehicle towed to Firestone they said it was my fuel injector number two My warranty company paid for that and they put it back together it still didn't work they have my vehicle for 3 weeks every time I went up there they put a new part on I told them I could have played that guessing game at home they put a fuel pump alternator fuel injector sensor fuel injector computer spark plug oil change and it still didn't work they should have known my engine was gone but they told me to come and get it and then charge me anything I took my car to another place they told me my motor was gone now my warranty company is pointing the finger at Firestone saying they done something to my engine and they need to fix it and Firestone is not doing anythingInitial Complaint

I am filing this complaint against Firestone regarding repeated alignment issues that led to premature and uneven wear on my tires. Despite bringing my vehicle in multiple times for realignmenteach time being told the issue was resolvedmy tires are now completely worn out, especially along the edges.I have work orders from Firestone that clearly document the multiple realignment attempts, yet the problem persisted. Eventually, I was told the alignment could not be corrected due to rear suspension issues, including camber problems and supposed failing air suspension bagsnone of which were mentioned during the earlier visits. This explanation came only after the visible tire wear became undeniable, and it seemed like a convenient way to avoid ***************** verify their claim, I took my vehicle to a ********* dealership for a full inspection. Their findings confirmed that there were no suspension issues, that was a 2021 suburban.When I finally reached someone in a managerial positionJohn Hollidayhe was extremely dismissive. After I asked for his position, he responded arrogantly, saying, Im the highest you can get, ****** and denied any responsibility for the damage caused.I now regret not paying closer attention to this Firestone locations ****** reviews. It is the lowest-rated Firestone in my city (3.7 stars), with multiple complaints from other customers about similar alignment issues, including claims that their alignment was worse after the visit than before.This pattern of behavior suggests a systemic problem at this location, and I strongly believe an internal investigation is warranted. A company should not be able to repeatedly perform failed alignments, damage tires in the process, and then use unverifiable suspension issues as a failsafe excuse to avoid accountability .I am seeking reimbursement or tire replacement due to Firestones failure to properly perform the services I paid for and the unprofessional conduct I experienced.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction 5/6/25 Amount paid: $948.24 We initially went to get an engine tune up for our Chrysler *************** After the tech completed tune up they called and stated the vehicle was still running rough and suggested an engine diagnostic. After that was completed the tech then called back left a voicemail stating their had to be a internal issue going on but they don't do that type of work there and would need to take it to another specialist to get complete diagnostic (meaning they didn't know the issue right?). Upon going to pick the vehicle up my husband went in and paid and received keys to vehicle. We then drove off the lot home. I took kids to daycare the next morning and back. Then husband drove it to work. While he was driving home the van stopped and started smoking engine oil completely gone. We call to speak to manager and he basically blew it off stating well there was a blown motor when you came to pick it up which is what we have documented here so there's nothing we can do. First off no one ever mentioned a blown motor not one time or even suggest not to drive it at all! Not on the phone call, voicemail, or upon picking the vehicle up! Took my vehicle (2023 gmc Acadia sle) in for a brake checkup (squeal in brand new brakes) and tire rotation at Hibdon tires on cache rd. After a diagnostic, mechanic drove my vehicle out of the bay and into the bay door/wall. There was extensive damage and was told it was gonna be repaired and I would be provided a rental by Bridgestone claims department. After numerous attempts to contact Bridgestone claims since the accident without an answer back for information on when I will be receiving a claims number, rental extension and the depreciation on my vehicle which totals $7,069, I decided to find out where my vehicle went. Turns out my vehicle was moved to the collision repair shop well built on ***********. I had earned $50 gift card from the company and they just put 2 months expiration date which I never noticed on the card until it is expired May. Expiration now shows March 31, 2025. Request for Reimbursement Due to ********************* Handling Employee diagnosed an issue as a gasket leak in the lower oil pan. During our discussion, I expressed concern about proceeding with any service, especially an oil change, as I was contacting the dealership to have the issue addressed under warranty. On May 7, my vehicle failed inspection due to dry rot on all four Bridgestone tires. That same evening, I called the Firestone tire warranty department and was informed that my tires were still under warranty with approximately three weeks remaining. I immediately scheduled a 10:30 AM appointment for 5/8 at the ****************************** to have the tires evaluated under warranty.After spending two hours at the store, I inquired with the store manager about the status of the evaluation. He informed me he would call me later that day with an update a call I never received. On Friday, I followed up by phone and was told by both Shame (store manager) and ******* (his manager) that the tire warranty call would be made on Monday, May 12.When I received no follow-up on Monday, I called the store again and was told both managers had already left for the day. I then called the tire warranty department, who confirmed that the Sunbury store never contacted them regarding the evaluation or warranty. I was advised by ******* to return to the store in person to supervise the phone call myself, which is not feasible due to my work and family obligations. Additionally, after already spending two hours at the store, I do not find it acceptable to return solely to ensure staff make a call they were responsible for making days ****** this point, I am left without safe transportation for my children, with no resolution in sight, and am now being forced to purchase tires elsewhere. Not only have I wasted time and money, but I am also being asked to manage and follow up on responsibilities that should fall squarely on the stores leadership.I am requesting immediate escalation to the appropriate regional or district manager so this situation can be addressed and so no other customer is subject to similar negligence.
