My clutch went out on my truck a little over a month ago, took to Firestone for repair and the clutch went bad 2 more times after. Within this time I had no ride, which led to me having no money to get to work. I missed a total of 2 weeks of work amounting in easily over **** dollars, and on top of that paid Firestone another **** dollars to end up in the same situation I was in over a month ago, their policy clearly says if it's faulty parts or mechanic caused issue, or fell within a 60 day warranty or a certain amount of miles it was under warranty, last eeek when my clutch went out again, they said it was still under warranty, offered to tow my truck back to their shop and work on it again, only to be told to the next day they won't work on my truck and to come pick it up. This whole situation has ******* me more times than I can count and almost cost me my job had me relying on people to drive from mesa and *** ********** to give me rides and also to me spending more money on **** rides to get to work.

In November '21, I was receiving an engine fault code for a small leak in the emissions system. After allegedly conducting a smoke test, they informed me they were replacing the gas cap as it was loose. After this first dropoff in November, I received within a couple days another fault code for no input on the engine intake temperature sensor. I opened up the hood to plug the sensor back in, & noticed the factory plastic engine cover was missing. I called this location, & the desk clerk simply said they didn't know where it was. I brought my Jeep in again on April 13, '22, for more maintenance, and picked it up a few days later only to find it had been sitting in the parking lot unlocked & with the windows rolled down. Since then, the original engine fault code for a small emission leak had been coming back repeatedly, and I could no longer clear it with my bluetooth OBD device. I called the manage and asked if they would replace the gas cap again under warranty, as it appeared to be loose, and he agreed. I dropped my vehicle off on Friday, July 1, with the understanding that they would also do a routine oil change & tire rotation. They called me on July 2, and I asked if they had done the oil change, & then the desk clerk realized they hadn't. I said I would pick up the vehicle on Sunday then before the close of day in order to get it before the July 4 holiday. I arrived at the store at 4:05 PM on Sunday, July 3, & saw there was a note on the door saying the shop would only be open from 8 to 4 pm due to a "meeting". After calling corporate and asking to get my car, the desk clerk drove back in claiming he had been off due to an emergency. I asked him if the gas cap had been replaced, & he fumbled around before realizing that it hadn't. I took my jeep & left (windows rolled down & unlocked again). I had been noticing front end vibes the past weeks, & saw today that they had jammed my locking lug nut key into the wheel, and the lug nut appears to be cross-threaded.

      FIRESTONE STORE #******.
Nothing to do with people working there, complaint about ruining my car. I took my car to have AC repaired 6/15/22, as I was going to trade it in, had a deal with **********. My car sat at the store for 10 days- nothing done, supply issue they said. Finally, picked up my car on 6/25/22, noticed that the dash display was changed to display "trip" miles and my tire light was on, thought i just needed air as I just replaced my tires at this store. Went to put air in, tire light was still on AND I noticed when I corrected my dash display, odometer was reset to ZERO MILES FIRESTONE tried to hide that fact by changing my display to TRIP miles.Called Firestone right away, made appointmet to take it in,told they contacted the job to fix AC out, and the contractor reset odometer when repairing my AC (it was an electrical issue with AC) & tire light (nothing wrong with tire gauge or tire). These issues happened with repair (they admitted that).Told I had to wait for them to reach unresponsive contractor so he can fix issue.Took car back in, they cannot fix it. Back & forth for OVER A MONTH. Taking car in/out, they can't repair it, etc...Finally (one month later), they made me take my car to chevy, they repaired car, but instead of the actual miles I had when I took my car in (******), my car now has (for some reason) over **k miles on it, decreasing the value of my car. I have not been able to drive the car more than 200 miles since I took it to firestone since I never had it for over a month really! I have more to say but running out of room. Firestone paid for rental for a week, Jose tried to help as much as he could. Nothing personal, but I want my $1,313.14 back for the repair as my car is worth LESS than when I took it in for repair with additional miles tacked on for whatever reason and for the agony and terrible service for OVER A MONTH. Please call me or e-mail me for full story, I ran out of room, just wrote short summary.

On June 17/18 2022, my son *************** took his car, A**** 2004 TL, in for service and a checkup at this Firestone location. As seen on the attach final invoice, it shows what was repaired and what was recommend for repair. The complaint is that the radiator cap was left off, my son driving with the cap off because they left it off but told him that it was broken after he called on Monday, June 20Th, that is when they let my son know about the cap, stating that the cap was broken, returned to my son to drive 20 miles home. Once he returned home, he saw/smelled his car smoking, he checked under his hood to see that the cap was left off, as seen in the picture, and that the car was bone dry. At this time, he put coolant into the car and put the cap back on, that was never broken, parked. On June 20, he contacted firestone, explained the problem and was informed to bring it back in. Before he could make it to the shop, the car stopped on the highway, hasn't stated since, and it was towed the rest of the way back to the Firestone shop. Once the mechanics checked the car again, we were informed that the engine was dead and needs to be place costing over $*****. The blame is being placed on my son by the Firestone mechanics and claims team for driving with the cap off because they left it off but told him that it was broken. The check list that is attach was never given to us nor could they find it until days later. For my son's car, we use this Firestone location to keep a record of repairs and what still needs to be repaired. There is no reason why issues with this car should have not been brought to our attention. The cap being broken nor being off was not told to my son until it was brought back to the Firestone shop. The Firestone claim number is *******,*****, **. ********************************

07/23/22 - 07/28/22we dropped our vehicle off to them to access our car for a blower motor and fuel pump, They had horrible communication they never contacted us to let us know the status or what their diagnostic test found we called them on Monday 07/25/22 to check the status and they said the person to do the diagnostics was not in today and they would follow on on Tuesday after he had a chance to take a look. Tuesday we finally got a call from the service manage ***** and she was vary rude and quickly rattled off the cost for the blower and said if you need to pick up you can. I said no lets get it done. we had to call again on Wednesday to check the status and they said it was not done yet but should be done by 3 pm. So no call stating it was done and went there @ 5 when I got off work and they were closed they had a note on the door stating the hours had changed. So had to wait until 7 am the next day to go there and get our vehicle. They did not apologize for the horrible service or communication and still made us pay $131.00 for our car to be parked in their lot for 5 days. I made a complaint to the cooperate office and they sent the complaint to the service manager ***** who sent a message never called me to call her back and when I returned her call she talked over me and continued to lie and say they had called us but had not. Asked how we can resolve and I said I would like my money back and she continued to interrupt me so I aske for her area manager name and number and she refused. so I told her I **** be filing a complaint with the BBB.

My husband purchased 4 new tires and an oil change on our truck. We realized that after the oil change and driving about 1,000 miles they never replaced the oil cap. My husband immediately called Tires plus to let them know.
We were afraid to drive the truck so got a car rental. Tires Plus said they would tow it back to ******** (30 miles away) rahter then the dealership 2 miles away. We insisted on having the dealership look at it so it was towed there. The dealership took a puliminary look and said there was smoke coming from where the oil cap is and that's not good. A scope of the engine would be $***** and Tires plus said they didn't want to pay that. They towed it to ******** because they claimed they would have someone scope it.
First they said they would order an oil cap and do a weight barring test, but the wrong oil camp was delivered. Then told they were waiting on a different oil cap. Never hear anything then said the person to do the scope did the wrong check was in a car accident and now looking for someone else to inspect it. Meanwhile our truck still sits in ******** and no word on it. I emailed this contact person again today and got an automated response that he's not responding to emails till he is back. I should also add he's never responded to an email.
We want our truck fixed, we want to know whats going on.

I purchased a lifetime alignment at the ******* store but they said they couldn't do it the last time I asked them to do it. So I took my car to another shop and they did it for $*****. I need to get a refund for that amount.

I I brought my vehicle back in for an alignment recheck on 07-18-2022 which was originally done a couple of months prior. The tires I purchased on 03/15/2021 to two front tires were damaged from a bad alignment. Which forced me to but a new set of tires. After a day in being in the shop they notified me that they could not do and complete alignment to my vehicle due to the fact that it has an Electric Power Steering System, and it needs to be calibrated with an OEM Scan Tool that they don't have. I than proceed to express to the manager that first they should refund my money for the alignment if they couldn't do the job 100% all the way. Second, I should have been told this the first time I came in to get this job done and I wouldn't have had to replace my tires that were not that old nor that many miles on them. He begins to talk over me, so I stated to him to just have the District Manager give me a call to discuss this problem. As of 07-5-2022 no communication.
