Business damaged original ***** wheel locks during tire change. It never provided refund for this item and covered the damages up. Tire rim was damaged when they tried to take off wheel locks. In addition, wheel locks had to be taken off at a different shop since they presented safety concern. Also, paid vehicle inspection report wad never given.

I had 4 tires replaced and A/C job done at Tires plus on ********************************** . I went there based on recommendation from my neighbor. I replaced 4 tires on 05/10/2022 based on the advise that I will receive $*** rebate from Bridgestone . I filled out the rebate form online and never received my rebate . Upon inquiring about the rebate status at Tires plus I was rudely told that the rebate period had ended and there is nothing that can be done about this .
They fixed my a/c by replacing the compressor , fan and other parts for $ ****. The job done was not upto par as when the fan comes on the AC it makes a disturbing noise that disturbs my driving and does not let me focus . I drive a ******** and this should not happen .When I went back and spoke to manager Griffin and Steve I was told that this is normal and should get better . I went in to do an out of state inspection. After an hour of waiting the gentleman proceeds to tell me that I need to replace all my brakes and rotors on my vehicle because they are bad. Mind you I have not own my car over a year, it was owned by carmax and before by enterprise. My car is a sedan, it can not pull anything on the backend so why does all of my brakes and rotors need to be replaced? I had brought my car into the shop Prior to that inspection and no one said anything about this issue, so why now? I have someone else get a second opinion and they tell me my rotors and brakes are completely fine.Initial Complaint

I went to get my car's oil changed July *8 around 8:30 at Firestone ************ at ***************, I had no mechanical problems when I brought it in, I only wanted an oil change. ************ convinced me to get a full checkup with a $10 discount. I told him that I needed my car back that afternoon, and he told me it would only take *-3 hours so I agreed to the full checkup. I went home, waited most of the day, then in the afternoon they called my husband saying my car battery and rear brakes needed to be replaced. We trusted them and let them change the battery and brakes. After * more hours, (almost 5 pm), they called us again, now saying the radiator needed to be fixed, which would cost us an additional $****. They also told us that we had to leave our car there until next day. My husband and I were very frustrated. We brought our car in to get an $** oil change, and now we were looking at almost a $**** ****. I needed my car and told them I'll pick it up and not to do any more work. I drove my car and did a little shopping, then heading home, my car air conditioner stopped working, then the engine started to make noises, then the engine light came on, and finally my car died in the middle of the road blocking the traffic. I only had my car (which ran fine when I dropped it off) back for only a half hour after I picked it up before it broke. I sat in the car in 10* degree heat, waiting for the police and insurance to help. I sat for 3 hours in the heat until the tow truck came to tow my car back to Firestone.
Not only did Firestone refuse to accept responsibility for breaking the radiator stem valve, From my perspective the store manager is a young and arrogant person who sold me services I didn't need
I respectfully request that Firestone make this right by refunding the additional $**** that I was charged for fixing the radiator.

On April 10th I had a************************************* installed on my car and on April 12th of 2022 when returning home the tire split from my wheel almost causing me to wreck and be hit by a semi truck in the process. Since the tire was only two days old I called the warranty company who required me to go back and pick up my tire that flew across the highway before helping me, I drove back obtained the tire and then I was told I would have to go to a local Firestone to confirm that the tire was bad and it was not road hazard that ruined the tire. I went to the Firestone in ******** where they told me that the tire was installed wrong by the tech in ********** and that is what caused the tire to come off and almost kill me. The warranty company refused to pay for the tire because they said it was a installation error and not a there issue. I then started calling Firestone directly. I called the ********** store they refused to help me I then started calling a ************ and they told me a regional manager would call me back in 48 hours that was in April. On July 7th, 2020 at 204pm I called ************ again and they said the regional manager did call me on 04/21/2022 but I did not answer and they did not leave a message. On 7/7 I then called ********** and requested a contact number for the reginal manager and ***** told me they do not have phone numbers only inter office emails. I called 07/18/2022 at 1102am because no one had ever called me back to handle the situation I escalated to a manager and spoke with Brian he took all my information and notes on all my calls and physical trips to the store and said he would email corporate and I should get a call within 3 to 5 days and provided file#2623131 since then I have called the corporate number *********** 07/18,07/19, 07/26, 07/28 and 08/02 and I still have had no return call, I even asked if I do not answer the phone to please leave a message in all my left messages. A little over a year ago, I took my car to this repair shop. They told me what was wrong with my power window on the passenger side. They informed me also that I needed to have the ABS warning system checked and repaired. In fact, EVERY time I have brought my vehicle to them they have hounded me about checking/repairing the ABS warning system. Ergo, I knew what was wrong with it. One previous visit, they replaced the headlight on the driver's side, and failed to reconnect the alarm that reminds you to turn off your lights when you exit the vehicle, so I kept forgetting to turn off the lights.
Fast forward. My son is supposed to take his driver's test in this vehicle IN ONE WEEK. TWO WEEKS ago this shop INSISTED I come in for an inspection regarding the power window I needed fixed. I argued with the girl on the phone about how they already know what is wrong and they attempted to order parts before and then didn't. She continued to insist and argue with me that I needed ANOTHER exam to "make sure that's what is wrong with the window." I was charged for that visit and had scheduled another return visit to fix the vehicle.
They charged me a $***!!! "parts ordering deposit" for parts. I paid it with my Firestone credit card because it was vital that my son be able to take his driver's test, get his license and get a job. I dropped the car off and had to take a $** cab ride to work. The girl called an hour and a half later and informed me that "because your car is unsanitary, we won't be doing the work today."
I asked her to repeat that. "Your car is dirty so we won't be doing the repairs." I asked her to clarify, since I had papers on the dash and boxes in the backseat. She said a mask and "bandaids" were unsanitary, so they won't do the repairs until my car is "clean". They expected me to detail my car before they would repair the WINDOW. My fusion needed a air compressor, Ac compressor when I walked in to firestone on ****** that was the first thing that I told **** I guess service manager what I wanted to be done to my ***, this **** took it up on himself to just ruin my *** *** sitting up there at firestone 4 a hole week and all **** fixed on my *** was some tubes and broken to of my ac vents.. My *** ran good before I took it up to firestone **** had me thinking that a ac compressor was being put in to my *** and just some *** tubes ****$ its been two months and ac shut down in my *** I have high blood pressure, and asthma, I have to drive 30min to work in the heat.. Now even though *** ****** help me pay for the ac compressor **** and firestone took advantage of me and did a horrible job. Serviced my 2006 ****** on 6/30/22 at Tires Plus *********. A/c repair, filters, rotate tires & oil change.$*******. on 8/1/22 bad noise in engine took to ***********. tires plus, closest location & was informed car was down 2 quarts of oil & no visible leak added 2 qts performed by *****. the bad noise is a lifter gone bad from shortage of oil by Dakota mechanic at Eustis location, I need them to pay for the repairs they caused by not adding proper amount of oil which caused this situation with my car. They called me and my wheel stud was cross threaded then when I came to the shop to pick it up they couldn't come they couldn't show me the replacement wheel stud they found a wheel stud that wasn't from mine that wasn't cross threaded that they smashed with a hammer before they came to show it to me it also says on the bill that I had that I was charged for new valve stems when clearly my valve stems are all corroded and there's still The Originals they're charging people and myself for stuff that they're not doing that's theft of services this is against the law I'm going to file a complaint with you guys first and then I'm going to take it to the police department they charged me $* for rubber valves stems that they did not change they charge me $*** for a wheel stud that they also did not change showed me a wheel stud from a different car that they smashed with a hammer this is pretty ridiculous and borderline extremely Criminal
