      Juan C******* of Kroll Fraud and Identity Theft Dept.;was very professional,polite and helpful....Being a senior citizen that has never dealt with identity theft and not knowing how to start he was both professional and patient. I am very grateful for all his help.

      I have been working with Kroll in regards to a fraud claim. They have been very professional and helpful with this. They also have helped educate me with things to help protect myself now as well as in the future. I have worked with JuanLuis C******** Very professional as well as others assisting me through this process. It's nice to know that there are people willing to help when you need it the most

      I received a letter about a security breach with ******* Health care group, and to contact Kroll monitoring services. I called and a woman (understand I do not racial profile) who sounded like she was from India who mumbled her name. I asked for her to spell it, but she wanted my name first. After giving her my first name, I again asked for her to spelI her name she just wanted my last name. I was not convertible with the way this was going so I ended the conversation. I went on the website given to me by ******* to enroll in a free one year monitoring from Kroll. After typing the Membership number, last name, and zip code it says; "We are unable to complete your request. The information entered does not match our records."
      I still don't no if this Kroll company is something real.
