  Jessica U. was very helpful and I might add patient with my rambling about doing things on the internet without the benefit of speaking to a live person. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and above all her advice was helpful and I intend to take action based on her suggestions.   Kroll notified me by e-mail of two fraudulent credit inquiries to attempt to acquire a credit card in my name. Jessica U**** helped me yo contact the bank involved to cancel any card and helped me to contact the credit reporting agencies to freeze my credit. I cannot prise her enough..

  I can't say enough kind things about how much Juan Luis C******* helped me through a difficult situation involving identity theft. He stayed with me on the phone for more than two hours while he worked his way through a solution and contacted the company involved. He fully explained what had happened and how we were going to handle it. He gave me some good advice about other things that I can do to make sure it doesn't happen again. I'm still unhappy that the initial data breach happened, but I am glad that I was subsequently introduced to Kroll. Juan did everything I needed and more. ******* ******

  I had an issue with a fraudulent credit inquiry and Kroll notified me via email alert. I called them today and spoke with Linda first and she connected me with Juan C*******. Juan did a conference call with the company who reported the fraudulent credit card request and it was corrected while I was on the phone call. After completing that issue, Juan then contacted the credit reporting agencies to put a fraud alert on my file to prevent future issues. Both Juan and Linda were very helpful with my situation and issues. I recommend them highly.

  I received an alert from Kroll concerning potential fraud on my account. I immediately called Kroll, and was referred to Donald, who went step by step as what I should do. I completed his instructions talking to the collection agency , and called Kroll back as instructed. I then was connected to Juan. He was the best! Thought my case seemed a little off, so conferenced me in with him to the collection agency. His questions opened up more information than they gave me, and we were able to resolve the issue. It was a case of fraud, but with the help of both these gentleman it is being resolved. I am so grateful to Juan who followed his gut on my case, he felt the need for more information and got the very important missing details.
  I would encourage all costumers to work with these representatives, they know what they are doing and seem very experienced at it. Again I am very grateful to both of them. It is a terrible thing to have your identity stolen, you need the gentle support of people to assist. Which I definitely received from Donald & Juan!

He was professional, knowledgeable, agile in guiding me to manage my currents situation.   The Kroll staff went way past what I would have expected from a credit monitoring bureau. Both agents went through multiple steps to get the information that I was seeking. I was on the phone with them for over 20 minutes while they checked a number of sources to get me an answer. They both worked hard for me and found out what I was seeking. Thank you Kroll staff!
