      I want to acknowledge the outstanding service provided to me by Linda M***** at Consumer Services. I'm not providing the details of why I needed to contact Consumer Services other than to say I don't know what I'm doing when it comes to working with a computer! Linda was extremely patient and knowledgeable and somehow managed to get me signed into Kroll. We even found time to laugh in the process. I hope someone at Kroll will find the time to also Thank Her! She's an excellent representative for the.

      Excellent Customer Service by Steve. He was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and personable. He answered my questions in detail and I really appreciated the time he spent in doing so! My apprehension was calmed because of his helpfulness. So many businesses do not take the time to "talk" with their customers, especially new ones. Steve did take his time and that made all the difference for me. Thank you Steve for great customer service "care"!

      My experience with Donald at Kroll couldn't have been better. I felt like he was truly helping me to clear up my issues and really wanted to get everything he could possibly do done before I got off the phone. It was over a two hour experience and he hung in to the very end! Very, very helpful. If you have any business with Kroll I hope you end up with Donald as your representative.

      Representative Casanova was professional courteous, patient and did not "give up" despite being put on hold and being transferred to multiple agents for over an hour. Mr Cassanova successfully managed to reach the correct party and confirm that there was attempted fraud on my account and arranged for the fraudulent inquiry to be removed from my credit report. Five stars for this agent

      One of KROLL's licensed, trained professionals, Erik L., was extraordinarily helpful when I recently called KROLL after receiving notification of a medical data security breach. With uncharacteristically patient assistance, he provided comprehensive educational information, offered valued instructional guidance, and thoroughly answered all questions. In the face of this profoundly disturbing security breach, I found Erik L. to be genuinely empathetic throughout our extended conversation. KROLL's monitoring services, including an open invitation to unhesitatingly use them as needed, have provided clients with a much-needed dose of quality assurance. ********

      A letter came in the mail stating that my husband's information was compromised. (Some months ago, we received a similar letter and signed in according to the notice and membership number). This time, I again followed the instructions in the letter and supplied private information to their online site (as requested. Then I tried to login in but couldn't. I tried to reset my password via email several times and never got a response. I'm beginning to think this is a scam. I did not want to share private information, but at that time, I trusted Kroll. Now I do not trust this company at all. I want my private information protected. I want this company to fix this problem. Desired Outcome Contact by the business

      Very impressed with my representative Stephen C***. Great to speak to a real human with sincere compasion in the middle of a very serious situation for me. Answered all of my questions and helped by giving me some great information.
