Ignorant cemployees. Refuse to assist u. They say they are recording u and feel it’s ok but as soon as I say I am recording as well they refuse to talk n proceed. What’s so secrative that they refuse to talk…. I lost my phone n signed declaration but some Hugo guy and meson or whatever her name is were sooooo rude and I will never recommend this company again .Asurion UBIF Franchise, LLC

I dropped off a phone for warranty repair. There was no damage to my phone except a manufacturer issue with the screen. UBreakIFix repaired my phone, then called me to pick it up. During the conversation with their representative at pick up, it was confirmed again that the repair was a warranty repair.
I'm not sure what happened after I picked up my phone. I believe that they submitted the paperwork incorrectly because several days after I picked up my phone I got a call from a woman stating that I owed them money. I told them I did not because the repair was covered under warranty. I advised that I would not pay for something I'm not responsible for.
The woman on the phone told me that there was damage other than the manufacturer issue. There was not. They have no evidence of additional damage (because there wasn't any), and they did not call me to get a repair I was responsible for approved before doing the work (because there was no damage I was responsible for).
The woman on the phone began treating me with hostility, even going so far as to tell me that my phone was stolen property. I told her that if she can prove that, she should call the police.
I subsequently recieved an email with the notes she added to my file in which she completely misrepresented our conversation. I have now received another email that notes are still being added to my file, however they are now private, so I don't know what is being added.
I feel confident that they did their paperwork improperly so cannot get their money from ******* and are now trying to get it from me even though I am absolutely not responsible for the bill - as evidenced by the fact that they did not advise me before the repair and allowed me to take the phone without payment. After nearly a week, they called to threaten me with an actual crime in order to get their money. It was wildly inappropriate and unprofessional.Asurion UBIF Franchise, LLC

Worst experience in trying to get a tablet fixed through Asurion plus services that I signed up for at a ubreax fix store . Would not recommend to anyone . Better off just buying yourself whatever it is because all this process will bring you is headaches , wasted time and emotional stress . Anger ! DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!! The lady here is insane. I ordered the battery and placed an insurance claim and they took my phone and said we are noting this scratch on the screen. They took it in back and said it would be ready in two hours and I was then yelled at to come back and told they couldn't fix my phone because of the scratch. She was very rude and talked to me like I didn't understand what she was saying and told me you can't fix a phone with deep scratches. It's literally a surface scratch. She showed me the actual depth of the screen and the scratch is literally surface. I was very upset and said are you kidding me after I waited all this time and came in earlier and you had no internet and waited hours to drop it off. When I tried to show her the scratch on my phone and held it up to show her she shrieked and threw up her hands says ahhhh like I was trying to hit her! Don't go here! I am reporting her to ***** and BBB. She is insane. I was afraid of her and we left immediately!!! They also tried to charge me 309 for a screen repair on a laptop and suggested insurance for 209 registration fee and another $99 for the repair. Do NOT GO HERE!!!! They only get buinsness because they are the only ***** place in Gainesville. I will be contacting ***** until that changes. I had a horrible day with asurion with them trying to push additional services whole completing a claim. I was trying to teach my teenage daughter how to deal with customer service but it ended up making her to never want to deal with this kind of thing again. It started on my phone call where I could not understand the customer service agent who tried to manipulate me to agreeing to the additional service. Then when the brought the replacement phone they would not take for an answer 3 times. I finally had to ask them to leave in a rude way. Finally on transferring data to my new replacement phone I was once again asked and almost hoodwinked to add this additional service. The lack of care for the customer and the pushy service makes me want to start my own company. I fear this is a form of a monopoly.Asurion UBIF Franchise, LLC

Had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company via *******. It was a very time sensitive situation where I was promised a same day service, only for it to be cancelled and now I'm unable to speak to anyone pertaining to the situation. After spending a whole day on the phone, I was unable to speak with any manager/supervisor. 1 starI went to the store on Monday de 5th and left my cellphone that had a problem with the back camera because of a hit, I told them that I had up to Saturday at 1:30 to have the phone fixed, they told me that the service was subject to get the piece. I told them that if they were not able to fix it if I could just pick the phone even if they were not able to make it and they told me that there was no problem. Saturday came by and *********** told me that in the time he was fixing the phone he damage the frontal display and that they would be able to fix it but it would take 39 minutes more, I did have a rush because I live in ****** so I had to be at the airport at 2:30. They give me the phone with the fix but they damage the display of the screen touch and now I can unblock the phone with my finger or face. They do not answer the phone and they are not marking any awareness of the issue and this fix was not even in the first issue that my phone had. 3 days have passed without an answer and the company is not making any effort to get back to us with a solution.Review fromCharles A

Horrible Service!! I Made an appointment at UBreakiFix store on Feb 11 for 1pm. They then sent me a text to confirm my appointment date and time. On Feb 11 I drove to their store and they were closed.
NO ONE THERE THE STORE WAS CLOSED!!

I bought an insurance policy thru Asurian and was told that I could just take my computer there to have it repaired. I was also told that any repairs would cost $99. I was originally told that it would be free. When I went, the tech couldn't find my account on his computer and I was told to call Asurian directly which I did. I talked to 2 people at Asurian and was given a claim# to take back to the store. I went back to the store and was told that they couldn't access the claim #. I called Asurian again and cancelled my policy. When I asked for all my money back since I didn't get the service that they claimed I would get, I was told to call *******. This company is a joke.
