      Pésimo servicio! Técnicos sin experiencia! Lleve mi teléfono para reparación de la pantalla de enfrente de un z fold y me lo regresaron con la pantalla de adentro rota y me dijeron que no tenia reparación cuerdo ellos fueron los que me la rompieron

      I had an appointment scheduled for 10 am at your Victor, NY location today (1/18/24). I waited at the door until 10:15 (in 22 degree temps) before someone opened the store. When he asked how he could help me I said I was here for my 10 am appointment. He said they were running late. He then asked what I was there for. I told him it is right there on your calendar and he told me he was still signing in. At that point, I just left. He seem completely unfazed about the fact that he kept me waiting for a scheduled appointment.
      Additionally, he had turned the "OPEN" light on at 10:10 am, but still didn't open the store until 10:15, after I knocked loudly at the door.
      I tried calling the store multiple times and noone answered the phone.
      When I went to the Asurion website, there is nowhere to contact anyone to report this situation. Unbelievable!!

      Scammers. They take advantage of people who they think don't understand technology. They overcharge and waste time in repairs

      I used ***** repair service to try and fix a puncture in my screen. This is where they sent my phone which proved to be useless as they lied and told me there was "further damage" to my phone and that I have to pay $250 to get a replacement. I just received the device again and it's in the exact same state that I sent it in aka just the puncture in the screen. They certainly don't hesitate to market their home repair plan over the phone though which was funny because if I can't even trust you to repair my phone, why would I think you could repair anything in my house? It was a pure waste of time and I won't be using at&ts sham repair service or asurion ever again.

      Zero stars but this site doesn't permit that option. I am attempting my best Charles Barkley impersonation: "Terrible, just terrible service". Logged on their site and after answering several questions to determine the problem with my iphone, the site determines the battery needs replacing. Scheduled an appointment with Ubreakifix for the following day. Arrived at the appointed hour, only to be told they didn't have the battery in inventory, and it will take 4 business days to order and arrive. They suggested I make an appointment with one of the other Ubreakifix stores in Austin area and to call in advance to ensure they have a battery in stock. Knowing that my phone is inoperable, no offer or effort to call the other stores and to verify if the battery is in inventory. Why the site doesn't interface with their vendor's inventory system to determine if a part, which the site determines is the issue and needs replacing, is available before scheduling a customer's appointment is baffling. I guess it requires common sense and too much effort. And in this age of advance technology wizardly, why do you contract with a vendor whose inventory isn't centralized (suggestion: cloud services) so that each store is able to determine what store has what part? Returned home to log on Asurion site and scheduled an in home repair for Friday, 1-3pm (3 business days after first appointment). Three pm arrives and no technician. Again, logged on to discover time the changed to 5-7pm. No email notification of change. 7pm arrives and yes, you guessed it, no technician. Logged on again only to discover by scrolling to the bottom of the notice the date was moved to 8 Nov (now, 11 business days since scheduling first appointment). Again, no email notification. Wasted a Friday afternoon and evening waiting for a technician who was never going to arrive. Terrible, just terrible service.

      I took my iPhone 13 Pro Max to this store because I had a crack in one of the camera lens. When the guy looked at my phone, he said that he would have to order the part to fix it and that it would cost $199. I told him that there was no way I was going to pay $199. It's s good thing I didn't. I left this place of business and went to another phone repair store. They looked at my phone and said that the plastic protective cover over my camera lens was cracked. He removed the cover and the camera was perfect. I hadn't realize that there was a protective cover over the lens, but a fix it person at ubreakIfix by Asurion should have known. Not only were they no proficient in what they do, they were not friendly and there was no one to greet me when I first walked in. This business needs new employees who are well trained.

      Awful experience brought in a **** series X with minor water damage (I did all the important steps to take after water damage like leaving it off for a 24 hour period). They then proceeded to take it for two weeks with no contact and sent me an email thanking me for my visit. Got on customer support to ask if they still had it which they said yes and it was ready to be picked up. Came in 5 days later and they told me they couldn't find it and to contact them later that day. Called them later that day and was told they handed it off to someone else and to wait from a call from them to find out how we proceed. Finally after another week get told they have another **** Series X that I can pick up that might work. Pick it up the next day and its completely trashed and looks like it was thrown off a building. You can feel and see all the parts on the inside rolling around, the side panels are way bent out of shape, the bottom plate is completely missing and the area around the disc drive is melted, it obviously doesn't even work either. So disappointed with the service, at the very least I could've sold the other one for parts but this one is complete junk.

      Company did a great job fixing my ******** switch for me. However they hard sold me on their “subscription” plan to save me money on the cost of repairs. They didnt tell me it was like trying to get out of a timeshare to cancel the service plan after the fact! I have been trying for 4 days to cancel and still have not gotten a resolution. Highly recommend them to provide good service and fix things, but unfortunately would not do business with them again due to their shady policies and difficulty to get out of their service plan. Pay the extra bucks to have the one time work done, avoid the service plan. Will save you money in the long run.

      Shady business practices !
      I dropped my phone off with a $30 deposit after I was told that they had the neccessary parts !
      After I committed , the gentleman then told me that a mistake was made , they won't have my parts for a few days. I agreed because I was taking a 10 day vacation. After a week or two there was no communication so I called them. Still no parts. 3-4 days later I received a text to contact them. I called and was told that the new screen didn't fix the problem....
      I asked why and they couldn't tell me. I said well did you trouble shoot all other contacts throughout the motherboard ? The gentleman replied " we don't do that ! "
      So basically they charge $175 to replace a screen , and if that doesn't work then they keep the $30 deposit and send people on they're way. I feel that I should have been told there isn't any guarantee that screen replacement may not fix my phone . And my deposit will be returned if they can't fix my problem. There isn't any guarantee that they even tried to fix my phone and that's where I'm having the problem...

      Very poor communication skills, one hand doesn’t know what the other hand is doing. I will never have another product fixed by them again. They kept my product way longer than the predetermined time, never reached out and communicated the progress of the repair. I ended up cancelling the repair on a Tuesday after they kept it for a month in limbo, the day after I canceled the repair they miraculously fixed it without my authorization. I Would not recommend to my worse enemy.
