      Purchased the Asurion home plus plan with good faith as the manager of the store said that if any technology device breaks and we can't repair it the insurance plan will replace it. My Ipad pro 12.9 inch screen screen broke and the manager deemed it was unrepairable so a claim was filed. I paid the $100 deductible and after 24 days they will not honor the advertised promise of repair or replace but instead offered a "Fair Market Reimbursement" of $344. Completely misleading and waste of time and money! Fraudulent in my opinion as the entire marketing of instore and online reflect a lie and misleading benefits that are not true.

      0 stars. Avoid ubreakifix on Old Troy Pike. My wife took in her phone to have screen replaced, and while in their possession, they carelessly did a factory reset. The whole point of the repair in the first place was to avoid starting over. Many things were lost that cannot be restored, and the recompense they offered was insultingly inadequate. Terrible when businesses do not take responsibility for incompetence. Do not trust them.

      we went to UBreakIFix on 15 th street in Tuscaloosa. Cal was very friendly and helpful. She was the inly employee and helped six other people while we waited. It only took one hour to fix and restore my daughter's phone. We laughed and had a blast with Val. It was a pleasure to have her work with us. You could tell she loves her job!

      I didn't realize uBreakiFix was actually associated with Asurion. Nor did I know of all the different services they provide. The process of having 2 of my devices repaired at the same time on the same day was flawless, from beginning to end! James and the crew at the Lawrenceville location are the best!

      If I could give 0 I ABSOLUTELY would
      I had a washer repair appointment through ******* as they are an authorized service company in the area for ******* Appliances.
      I originally had an appt on the 16th of February, 2023 . I was told by ******* support Asurion would be calling to confirm the model and get information on the exact problem so parts could be ordered as needed. I never heard from them. on the 15th I received an email stating my appointment was rescheduled to the 22nd of February, 2023. I attempted to reach out to them to very little avail. They tried to say they tried calling me, but I have 0 record of their attempts to call me or any records of incoming calls from February 11th to the 15th.
      I have had to chase them down specifically to get the parts I need for this appointment, chase them down to verify my appointment won't be rescheduled. I don't even know if the parts they delivered are even correct because they didn't explain what in the world they were sending, just sent it out with no knowledge.
      Appointment Day, No repair tech has shown up at all. I attempted to contact customer service to see when and was not even given an answer as to what's going on with the repair tech and why they just chose not to show up at all. customer service rep was combative and rude and would not assist me and I had to fight with him just to get told that the tech wasn't available today.
      I filed a complaint with Samsung and I hope I NEVER have to deal with this company again on their behalf. Asurion/UBIF should NOT EVEN BE ALLOWED TO SERVICE A ROCK with how horrible they are at doing the bare minimum of customer service.

      I went to O'Fallon, Missouri location for a repair. They opened my gallery for almost four minutes during the time they possessed my phone. I have contacted corporate and also, the store manager and they both think it was an accident. My galley was altered so they could find pictures more easily.

      Horrible customer experience at the Brookfield location. Manger refused to fix device and returned it in worse condition than when I have to them.

      We took our Samsung galaxy phone in for scheduled repair and dropped it off at 10am. The website for this specific story advertises they will beat any local competitors price. When we went to pick up the phone two hours later at the appointed time, they tried to first state the price match doesn't apply to them since they are a franchise, and then later changed the story to say it doesn't apply to Samsung and Apple products. The website for this specific story has a section for the "low price guarantee" with no mention of exclusions. We then found out they had not even started the repair. So aside from being dishonest they are a huge waste of time.

      Two representatives in your vans arrived at Racetrack in Ocala one morning at 8 am. Instead of sitting at nice tables they were at vans laughing, giggling as women walked by..... obnoxious. One chubby white male, one Latino looking male. 2 males. 2 vans...as a female I would not hire these two obnoxious clowns.i took pics. Ocala Florida
