PROVIDED ALL RECEIPTS OF ITEM AND BOX AND SERIAL NUMBER AND THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT MY ITEM WHICH IS A LAWN MOWER IS ACTUALLY A COMPRESSOR AND THEREFORE IS NOT COVERED AND MY RECEIPTS WHICH SAY LAWN MOWER AND HAVE ORDER NUMBERS THEY ARE FRAUDULENTLY SAYING THAT THEY DONT SAY LAWN MOWER AND THEY SAY COMPRESSOR AND THERE FOR THE ITEM IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRENTY BUT ALL RECEIPS AND PHOTOS ARE FOR LAWN MOWER INLUDEING WARRENTYN.E.W. I made a mistake while filing a claim for my TV. My TV kept turning on and off, so I filed a claim thinking that there was some physical damage to the screen. I selected the "physical damage" option and submitted the claim with a picture of my TV.
After about a week, I hadn't heard back from Asurion, so I thought my submission hadn't gone through. I checked again and realized that there was no physical damage to the TV at all.
The TV had turned off and wouldn't turn back on, but the screen was fine.
I refiled the claim, but it was rejected. I contacted the Review department, and they said that the screen size in their system (70 inches) didn't match my submission, which was why
my claim had been rejected. They transferred me back to customer service to file another claim and correct the screen size.
My second claim was also rejected because of my initial submission, in which I had mistakenly selected the "physical damage" option. I contacted Asurion and was told that, based on
my first submission, they would not approve my claim. I explained that it had been a mistake, but they said that I had already signed the paperwork, so it was official and they would not accept any future submissions for the TV.
I told them that my TV wouldn't turn on and there was no physical damage, which meant that it was still covered by Asurion's policy. They said "no" because my first submission had mentioned
that the TV had some physical damage.
I don't think this is fair. Asurion is not allowing me to resubmit the claim with the correct reason. I spoke to representatives at all three levels of customer service, and the last thing I was told by the third-level representative was, "We are human, not robots or machines. Humans make mistakes, and humans can correct them, but Asurion is not."
I would like to warn everyone to be very careful when submitting claims to Asurion. Once you submit a claim, you cannot resubmit it, even if you make a mistake.N.E.W. Customer Service Companies, LLC

Just called.
Looks like "policy is a policy." They keep saying that because of my initial submission saying "Looks like it has a crack on the screen, the tv could not turn on, if it on, it will on and off."
At this time, at least they asked me if I could turn the TV on and take a picture of the screen to show them there is nothing wrong with the screen, which is so different from the lady in the reviewing department. She said, "Even though the screen is on, I still need a professional to sign and confirm that there is nothing wrong with the TV, and she said that if my TV is repaired, it is still not eligible for coverage."Review fromDrew P

My zero turn is covered under this company, hit something bent a blade. Called to report the claim, first person I talked to said give us 24 to 48 hours to work on this from our end. Didn't hear anything back so I called the following Tuesday. Person two said it looks like our error please give us 24 hours to correct the issue. Didn't hear anything back...Called a third time and talked to a manager. They told me sorry and another team is working the logistics of my ticket, when I asked to speak to them or tell me details, the manager said that team would give me all the info when they called me tomorrow. Didn't hear anything back Fri/Sat/Sun....Monday I got a call from the shipping company, and when I asked about the details they told me they only had the ticket in their queue now for an hour. That means that person 1 and 2 as well as the manager did nothing and tried to push the issue off on a different team. This is not the first bad interaction I have had with this company and would not recommend them to any one for any reason. Beware.N.E.W. Customer Service Companies, LLC

I bought an Asurion protection plan for a *** ***** mower through ******* ****** because I was told by the employee that I REALLY needed this plan. She said they would cover anything that happened to the mower. I filed a claim. Their service center picked it up. I was first told it wouldn’t be covered, then I was told by an Asurion employee and supervisor that it would be covered. Now I’m told it won’t be covered and I’m out of pocket the repairs and mileage for the service center picking it up.N.E.W. Customer Service Companies, LLC

Horrible customer service. Asurion customer service kept referring me to different numbers then when I reached someone they sound totally scripted and insincere. After which they want to transfer you again because no department talks to each other.
I paid for a 5rear Asurion warranty for a ** Drier that I bought from **** ***** and will never do this again. Asurion is the protection plan for **** ***** and they are awful!
I eventually got an appointment to which they canceled on me an hour prior to coming. They stated that both technicians were sick. They sent in a rep the next day. No equipment was replaced and the drier worked for 2 days and shut down again. Same issue- not functioning once I turned the timer knob.
Ughh- back on the phone with **** ***** warrant/Asurion. An hour dealing with a supervisor and ended up back on original phone tree that I started. To which they switched me again to another supervisor. I waited 30 minutes with this supervisor to reach another agent.
Most of contact center located in Philippines. I ended up using another business that I paid for to fix my drier.
So disgusted with this Asurion service who does not value customers nor their time. Eventually I called **** ***** to notify them about their horrible warranty company and they said that they could not help me due to this being a third party agreement. Plus they had switched warranty companies to ********. I understand the reason for this switch.
Do not take this Asurion Warranty!!

I purchased a Juicer on **********. The juicer broke and I have since attempted to file a claim on the Asurion website. the website asks for specific information but then gives an error message for a data field that isn’t present on the screen. I have tried communicating with their live chat but it doesn’t answer. I am very displeased and will be contacting my credit card company. Lacking helpful customer service and performance. I originally sent them my smart watch to repair. They said they fixed my watch and mailed it back to me. When I received it, I noticed that from the moment I opened the shipping box that it had the exact same problem. I told them they did not fix it, so they told me to mail it in again. I told them this back and forth is a waste of time since the last time I sent it they said they did fix it when, in fact, they did not. They said nevertheless that I still had to send it back in.
I do not think makes good sense or is fair, and this is now becoming quite the inconvenience, so I am now leaving reviews, eg, on Customer Affairs (and later on ********** and now escalating to BBB and AG, if necessary), and they responded saying they will try to find a solution and asked for the purchase information. I gave them the information. It took them over a week to respond, telling me that they could not find my purchase. I replied to that by emailing them a pdf of the ****** purchase. Over a week later, I am now still waiting.
I offered to send them a video of the problem but they declined.
Meanwhile, it's been several weeks that I have been using a faulty watch. I would sincerely hope that they can help me fix this soon. Else, I will continue to escalate the matter.N.E.W. Customer Service Companies, LLC

Purchased Home Protect and paid $25 monthly for 2 years so spent $600 to protect my home equipment. I did a claim on my TV paid the $99 deductible so $110.00 after tax.
I comfirmed service date with company that was dispatched thru assurion. Asian lady lady with a very heavy accent and was very hard to understand. I stayed home that day and no call no show. I called late in day and again spent another day at home waiting for my TV to get fixed.
Then my 3rd attempt was a week later and no show. I tried to resolve thru dispatched service center that used phone numbers 253.833.4030 and 253.212.1294.
I tried to get my deductible back from assurion but they said they would call me back.
So - besides wasting 3 days of my days off waiting around, a deductible of $25 for 2 years - $600+assuming tax. also did not ge my deductible back of $110 and not recieving any benefits from insurance coverage I paid for. - WHAT A SCAM!!! Worst experience ever. I have been trying to get my fridge fixed for almost three weeks now. They have set up the same service provide to fix the fridge 3 times now and the provider let them know the first time that they could not fix. Have escalated to supervisor 2 times now and this has not helped at all as I am still waiting for them to assign a service provider for the last 2 weeks. I requested to speak to a manger and was told a request for a call back would be put in and I have yet to hear back from a manager. These people don't care that I have been without a fridge for 3 weeks. All I keep getting is apologies and assurances that they are working on it, but I am still without a fridge.N.E.W.
