      I was recommended an Asurion protection plan at checkout by ****** when purchasing a tablet. After the tablet was damaged and I attempted to make a claim I experienced:
      1) an online claim system that would not allow you to proceed past the initial screen. The system asked what type of product the claim was for, but the system would not accept any input and just froze
      2) an online chat system that was similarly unhelpful. After chatting I was told that the plan we purchased was for a value that exceeded the purchase price of the tablet and to follow up with ******. When I objected I was asked to submit a screenshot, however the chat system would not allow me to upload any screenshot. When I asked what file type and file size the system allowed I was ghosted by the chat system.
      As far as I can tell I was defrauded out of the $48 we paid for the so-called protection plan. Will not be purchasing similar plans in the future and do not recommend it to anyone. Their web systems are incompetent and customer service has been unhelpful.

      I bought a protection plan via ****** to cover a power station I also purchased via ******. I received an email from Asurion with my Protection Plan details. It states, "Unit Covered: Indicated on your ****** order confirmation. Unit Covered Price: Indicated on your ****** order confirmation". The problem is that the unit covered is NOT on my ****** confirmation. I spoke with ****** customer service and they are unable to provide me any proof. So, what this tells me is if I file a claim with Asurion for my *******  Power Station they can simply say that it's not covered and I have NO proof to the contrary. Not feeling very good about this.

      I requested service because my ******* refrigerator stopped working. I specifically asked if the worked on ******* refrigerators and I was told yes, the do.
      The technician, Tee was pleasant and patient. However, her diagnosis was completely incorrect and almost cost me $1,600. She diagnosed that my compressor was bad and fridge probably was out completely.
      I was almost about to buy another fridge, but thought to first call ******* for another diagnosis, to come take a second look, and to my astonishment, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the refrigerator and the issue was simply electrical.
      I called this company Asurion to give them a chance to remedy this situation since they have cost me another diagnosis fee only 5 days after theirs, I was simply seeking to have them reimburse the diagnosis fee I was charged, but I was told that there is nothing they can do even in situations where they advertise as brand experts and give wrong diagnosis. Hence, they won't be refunding the diagnosis fee of $107.

      Terrible. They will cover a phone but then when it comes to a bigger ticket item they find a way to get out of covering it. We have no idea what happened. We suspected a lightening strike but again that was conjuncture. So they denied due to acts of God. Two items out. A TV and a receiver. They ****. Another way to take your money and then screw your. Give us your money and you are covered…..not. We will find a way to not pay out.

      Big Liars I bought insurance for my air fryer I sent it back via *** , *** has lost the package I have reported that to asurion 2 weeks ago they still will not release my refund via email so I basically paid them to steal from me. I want to file a complaint this is horrible

      Asurion is an absolute scam, they sell you extended warranties on products than when it’s time to make a claim, it’s denied. My daughters softball bat was supposed to be covered for 2 years from a list of things including cracks. Well, it’s got a crack and now they’re denying it which makes no sense. It’s a joke and if they just take everyone’s money and don’t approve claims it’s a money maker. 0 stars isn’t an option or I would’ve given it to them. They absolutely don not care about their customers. Can we cheat them and how should be their business slogan.

      Biggest scam- I didn't even call them; I called a repair company under a different name-
      An Asurion rep came, they informed me that if I sign up for their service with a monthly service charge, all repairs are free, and parts up to $ 5,000 per incidence. I signed up, and then they denied my claim. Preexisting - they know it is pre-existing - and they know they are going to deny my claim -
      They require 30 days' notice to cancel.
      I have spent almost $200 and still don't have my washer repaired. Now I have to another service person

      Asurion is a scam! I bought a warranty for a 2022 ****** ghost softball bat. My daughter cracked this bat in about 9 months and asurion told me that the crack was caused by non normal use. “That is a lie”. So I took the bat back to ***** ***** ***** to see if they could help me explain to Asurion that this was from normal use plus this is a very common failure with this particular bat. They changed their story when ***** ******** ***** reached out to them. They said that they recently changed their policy and don’t cover cracks on bats any longer. “ This completely defeats the purpose of a warranty on a bat!” So ***** explains to Asurion that I bought my warranty 9 months before and they still refused to honor the warranty. So after all this the ***** ******** ***** associate looked up their current policy and it clearly states that the warranty covers cracks on bats. Asurion still denied my warranty. Asurion is a scam and someone should look in to this company.

      PROVIDED ALL RECEIPTS OF ITEM AND BOX AND SERIAL NUMBER AND THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT MY ITEM WHICH IS A LAWN MOWER IS ACTUALLY A COMPRESSOR AND THEREFORE IS NOT COVERED AND MY RECEIPTS WHICH SAY LAWN MOWER AND HAVE ORDER NUMBERS THEY ARE FRAUDULENTLY SAYING THAT THEY DONT SAY LAWN MOWER AND THEY SAY COMPRESSOR AND THERE FOR THE ITEM IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRENTY BUT ALL RECEIPS AND PHOTOS ARE FOR LAWN MOWER INLUDEING WARRENTY
