      Asurion has been the best protection plan I have ever used. It is easy and fast and the results are excellent. I have had multiple televisions and appliances that I needed fixed and they have replaced or repaired every single one. I am very happy with Asurion.

      Asurion did a great job in processing my claim and repairing my *** laptop. The entire process took a relatively short time and the laptop was returned and is working great. I definitely recommend using this service.

      Home Plus Policy. Another horrible experience. I filed a claim on my AirPods a few months back-denied! Trying to file a claim on my iPad, jumping through hoop after hoop after hoop after hoop! Still can't get this claim filed. DO NOT believe these people when they say"it's that simple!" Because it is not. Start the claim online, verify, wait, upload pictures, wait, approved, submit payment, choose to take it to a store or send it in, choose store, go to store, no record of claim, call customer service, "wow, this is weird, not sure what's wrong, we'll call tomorrow after we're able to speak to another dept", no call back, I call 3 days later, claim is now under review, need to submit a form. ARE YOU KIDDING! Do not waist your money! They will lead you in circles hoping you won't file a claim, no desire to honor policy. Zero customer service! Horrible!

      I highly recommend Asurion Insurance Services. I purchased the extended warranty for our new refrigerator. I had an issue with the ice maker and it was resolved within 4 days of filing the claim. A technician came out, replaced parts, fixed the problem, and that was it. So easy and seamless.

      Absolutely NOTHING was done to correct my printer's problem. Asurion ran a diagnostic and NOT ACTUALLY PRINT SOMETHING TO SEE THE ACTUAL PROBLEM.

      Zero stars was not an option otherwise I would have chose that. This company is a complete fraud as a "warranty" provider. I purchased a $400+ watch with a Asurion warranty. The sales associate from the store I purchased it from assured me that they would cover anything that could go wrong with the watch to include broken glass. Less than a month of having the watch the glass hit the edge of my desk and broke/chipped the lens. Multiple conversations were had after the claim was filed for the repairs. Asurion denied the claim, stating they only can fix small scratches on watch faces. This company resembles the "fake furniture warranty" companies out there that take your money and deny the claim. It seems that they only want customers to purchase the warranty and come up with any reason as to why it is not their responsibility to honor the covered item.

      On Wed, Sep 14th, my *********** 271 gate opener quit working. I knew I'd had it more than year and less than two, but I didn't have the receipt, nor was I sure that I had bought the insurance. I called the contact number, someone answered immediately, and within a minute, literally, they told me I had bought it on May 25, 2021. Within two minutes they verified my information and filed a claim for a e-gift card and said it would be in my email in two to five days. Five minutes later, it was in my email. Went back to ************** and paid for a new gate opener, with a replacement warranty and I was on my way. Best customer experience I've had for years.

      I was very blessed to have Asurion. I purchased a laptop by ****** a year ago. My laptop's repairs were not covered even though my warranty was active. The claims representative of Asurion to the repair staff were helpful and the process seemless.
