      The service, to repair my refrigerator, was very good. It just took three service trips to get the job done because the first part was apparently defective.

      Asurion home+ *****. I tried filling a claim on my smart watch and mistakingly put the wrong date. I contacted the claims department to try and correct the mistake so that my watch could be repaired and they told me they couldn't override it so that my watch could be repaired now I'm stuck with having to purchase another $300 watch.

      this company is not standing behind it's obligation on warranty
      they will not contact me, there phone # never answers and i am out $600.00 on food loss from defective ******* junk frig

      I bought an Office Chair from ******* about 2 years ago. After continual use, the arm pad developed a small crank, so I filed a claim with Asurion. I thought I would get a new arm pad, but they sent me a gift card for the price of a replacement chair. I was blown away. I can certainly recommend Asurion based on this experience.

      Asurion was able to get my ** washer repaired at no cost. Without it, I was told by the technician that it would have cost over $500. So glad that I paid for the extended warranty at **********. Only wish that I could add on to this warranty.

      Before I called ********* to report my fault fryer, I was expecting 2-3 weeks to get my call resolved. Surprisingly, within 72 hours I got an email that my refund will be received within 10 business days and I actually got it within 5 days. That was great!

      The people at ************* were very helpful with guidance on my claim. I would suggest filling a claim at the first of the week if you are in need of a quick resolution. Weekends do not count on their response time of 24 to 48 hours. They are very efficient once claim is reviewed.

      Wonderful service from the initial call to the service received. For extra security, they even send you a picture of what your technician looks like before your service call. Highly Impressed with this company. We are thankful we bought the extended coverage for our appliance from **********.
