      It's never a good time when you have to replace a expensive TV or device but with the PPP IT WAS VERY EASY AND INEXPENSIVE to replace my tv

      My experience with Aurion was excellent. The person who answered the phone walked me through the process of examining my washing machine by way of my phone. She was able to communicate appropriate information to the technician. He was able to diagnose in advance what he thought the issue was and order necessary parts in advance. He was very knowledgable and gave us suggestions on how to run our washing machine more efficiently and avoid future repair needs.

      My refrigerator let me down and could not be repaired but Asurion was there to make things right. Thanks to them I was able to get my money back & buy a new one along with an Asurion warranty of course.

      I should add that Asurion was very quick to settle my claim & issue a cheque. They also communicated to me via email & phone. I don't think they could have performed any better.

      I bought the Asurion Insurance on an office chair for my office. I am so glad I did. The back of the chair broke and I had to summit a claim to have it replaced. I was able to do everything online. Took a picture of my receipt and the broken chair. After I answered a half a dozen or so questions I summited my claim in then in less that three days I had a digital gift card to buy a replacement chair. Needless to say I bought the insurance for my new chair. Best money I have ever spent.

      The repair to my amp was swift and they also stayed in contact during the process. Huge bonus was the fact I sent the amp from a guitar center in Pueblo, CO and they had the forethought to send it straight to my home address. A detailed diagnosis would have been great but, besides that, it was a professional service and I would highly recommend it to friends and family.

      Asurion completed the assessment of my ***** Ion Vacuum and deemed it to be unfixable. I was given an option of reimbursement and it was deposited into my account within 24 hours.

      Excellent service by Asurion wearing we had a ****** vacuum and the battery gave out before the two years extended warranty and upon calling you Asurion, got to check in the mail the very next week after very professional Pleasant service over the phone.

      I always buy the Asurion plan with my major purchases on ******. Multiple times I've had problems with products after the mfg warranty expired. The Asurion plan has always come through, either repair or replacement value for defective product. I will continue to purchase the Asurion plan in the future and highly recommend them. My latest purchase was a computer. After answering a few questions, I was able to ship my CPU to them for prompt repair. They kept me advised of the progress and within a week they shipped it back to me. The parts they replaced fixed my problem.

      I'm literally amazed that we could replace a television that had failed for NO cost other than installation, and to have it delivered to our door in only a matter of days. And be able to choose among three different sets. Asurion was able to schedule a visit from a repair person, who then called us with a schedule, showed up on time, and agreed that the TV couldn't be repaired. Then Asurion sent an email with a set of choices for replacement. As they say in England, 'brilliant.'
