      I disabled auto pay on their website and the following week they did an auto pay from my bank account. I called them and explained I am working with a company to help me pay my debt off and was instructed to turn off my auto pays. The gentleman from advance financial told me that I broke my verbal agreement to pay $100 the week before and this allowed them to withdraw $264 and change from my bank account.

      The Company has reviewed the account and found that while **************** unenrolled in convenience pay (payments being withdrawn on her due date), on 6/28/2023 she did authorize past due payments to be withdrawn from her account.  Please refer to the Consent to Electronic Debit of Past Due Payments.  Since the account is 18 days past due and previous commitments were not met a past due payment was withdrawn from her bank account.  **************** mentioned she is working with a company to help pay her debts, however we have not been contacted.

      The company Beyond Financial was helping me with my debt; however, I had just started with them and did not have enough funds paid into them yet in order for them to contact Advance Financial to negotiate. I have since terminated Beyond Financial to help me with my debt because Advance Financial did auto withdraw 2 weeks in a row for over $700, in which case left me no choice but to terminate with a company that was helping me. I also explained to Advance Financial that I was instructed to stop paying my creditors because Beyond Financial was helping me and the guy was pretty rude and told me they had not received a power of attorney yet and he'd be waiting for my call back. I will continue to pay Advance Financial on my own. Just know that they have your bank information and will withdraw your money even when you disable auto pay.

      This company will not stop calling and harassing me. I dont have a loan with them I do not want a loan. They call 2-3 times a day. Its says to press 9 to no longer receive calls and I do and then they just call form another area code another number. Stop calling me! I have had it!!! Please!!!

      I revoked permission for EFT payments in March, due to having no income. Suddenly last week(June 16, 2023) they pulled $77 from my bank account, overdrawing my account. Then again today, there is now a pending charge for $117. These charges are inauthorized, and I have reached out to AF prior to today to tell them they do not have permission to debit payments from my account. I have disputed these charges with my bank, but until they make a decision, I am overdrawn and I had very little money in the account to begin with, that was to be used for things that my children and I need. This business is unethical.

      **********************. We take the complaint filed by her seriously, and we hope that we can address this
      matter to her satisfaction.
      Our records confirm that on or around December 30, 2022, the customer received an Open Line
      of Credit from CC Flow, a ******** of ********************** (CC Flow) in the amount of
      $1,200.00. Please be advised that ********************** (CCBank) is a **** state-
      chartered bank with the ************************************* (FDIC) as its primary federal
      banking regulator. Consequently, CCBank is governed by both federal banking laws and the laws
      of the *************.
      In the BBB complaint, the customer asserted that in March, she revoked permission for ***
      payments from her bank account but on June 16 th , 2023, an *** in the amount of $77.00 pulled
      from her bank account and on June 23 rd , 2023, an *** in the amount of ****** was pulled from
      her bank account. The customers requested resolution is to receive a refund for the amounts of
      the two ***s pulled.
      Based on our records and the recordings of telephone calls with the customer, we were able to
      confirm that the customer had not revoked permission for the *** payments as authorized
      pursuant to the customers active EFT agreement. Thus, since the *** payments on June 16 and
      June 23 were authorized by the customers EFT agreement, the customers requested resolution of
      a refund cannot be granted.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I did indeed revoke the agreement, thus being the reason the business did not take any payments from March, until June, when they debited two payments. They are not an ethical company and I will never do business with them again. They are now blocked by my bank to ever take anymore payments from my account. I still have not received a refund. They are well aware they are dishonest and unethical. These are not small amounts for somekne who is not currently employed and has 3 children to take care of. This business is dirty. Just because you have the routing and bank account number does not give you the right to just pull funds out, especially when theu aren't there to begin with. ***if I did not revoke the *** agreement in March, why did they stop debating payments for 3 months?! They are lying!

      The account was setup with Advance Financial. I have never even heard of the bank they are referring to. Yes, the *** was revoked awhile back which is why they were no longer taking payments from my bank account. They keep lying and they are unethical. I need the payments they debited illegally refunded to me.

      Obvious scam.I received a phone call from this company about 5 minutes ago. I did not answer the call. It was a choppy voicemail with a mans voice saying that I had an outstanding debt and it can be settled through advanced financial. I could settle this using a reference number and by visiting advancedfinancial.org I checked on BBB to see if there was a paper trail and of course there is. I have no outstanding debt and there is no reason for my number to be called. Absolutely no one should use this company.

      Hello,I have reached out to this company numerous times over the past 4 or so months regarding my inability to continue paying the regular payments every two weeks on this loan due to catastrophic health issues.. I had asked for them to stop the interest so that I can pay off the principle in monthly payments. The regular payments are over $700 per month for a balance under $4000. I have been paying on this loan for approximately 20 months. They advise to just pay what I can and maybe at some point, there would be a settlement. They refuse to stop the interest and I have already paid close to or more than $10,000 dollars. They tell me to call in every two weeks and pay what I can. I have been doing just that and paying $200 to $205 dollars every two weeks. None of the amounts I am paying are going to the principle balance and they continue to charge the triple digit interest and fees adding that to my balance. This could go on for infinity with no amounts going to principle. I have paid on this loan ad nauseam and it is affecting my ability to live. Let me put that in perspective. I am essentially pulling money out of an ATM machine and then throwing that money away in the near by trash can. Where is my money going? I assume into the pockets of the owners of this company. It's a horrible cruel thing to do to a loyal customer. Everyday I stress over how in the world will this ever get paid. I sure am generous to give away more than $400 per month for nothing. I would like an amicable resolution. What this lender is doing should be illegal and in my opinion is akin to domestic abuse.. I am a human being, not their personal ATM machine. I am going to start contacting members of our state legislature and my local state representative and the local news channels if I cannot resolve this amicably. Also, in my opinion, this loan is a giant pay day loan. It does not operate like an installment loan and it is not flexible at all. Thank you.

      The Company has reviewed the account.  In May 2021, the Company offered ******************** a settlement, that was paid, and fees waived along with closing the Line of Credit.  In October 2021, ******************** opened another Line of Credit and has failed to pay the minimium payments agreed upon in the Flex Loan Plan Disclosure and Account Agreement. The Company is willing to offer a settlement agreement of 6 monthly payments in the amount of $678.52.  Payments can be made weekly or monthly as long as the monthly payment of $678.52 is met.  ******************** can contact our office at ************ to set up arrangements.

      I have not received letters from Advanced Financial until my account was turned over to law office collection agency. I know I was behind on payments but I never received phone calls or letters to get this matter resolved. I was in a severe car wreck and was out of work and now this and was also homeless. Do better Advanced Financial. I am willing to make monthly payments with the original creditor not the law firm. And the amount that I was said owed was not how much I borrowed

      I went thru a financial hardship and was not able to make my full pymts. I used this company because i was struggling financially. I have called then numerous times to ask them for help. They say they will help you by letting pay what you can, but continuing to charge me ****** billing fee every 2 weeks!!! I will never get this paid. *** asked them to close the acct, to stop billing fee but they wont. All my other creditors have put ** on a hardship plan, cutting the interest and lowering the pymts. This company just continues to add more and more money to what i owe!. I feel this is really wrong and should not be allowed.

      I had fallen behind on my account In 2021 they sold my account to a debt buyer called Spring Oaks in 2022 they sold the SAME account again to a company called *********** This is extremely illegal I have since resolved the account with ***********, but Spring Oaks says I still owe the money I have brought this to Advance ******* attention, they refuse to do anything about it

      I have repeatedly applied for loans at this place for 3 years now. Every time I get denied, which is fine. However, they refuse to follow the federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act because they will not give me a reason for denying me Credit. This Act states they have to furnish a reason as to why they denied me.

I didn't even know I had applied before they were coming back in a robotic "we cannot meet your borrowing needs at this time."  The time prior to this I attempted to log into my online account to update my information. Again, they sent a message saying they "could not meet your borrowing needs at this time."  I hadn't even applied yet!  So apparently logging in means that a person is submitting an application.  The main point is out of multiple attempts, I am yet to receive information regarding how they came to that decision such as their source, my credit score, and the right to be told I can get my credit report for free since I was denied for credit.  I have been in a data breach and have had fraudulent loans in my name in the past so I have the right to know if that is the case.

      Our customer service team has attempted to contact **************** so that she may update her income information and apply for a loan.  In 2020, she had applied for a loan and we were unable to verify her income, so she was denied at that time.  **************** is free to apply again and we will process her application accordingly.
