I received a bill for a parking violation in early June for a parking deck that I used in April. I disputed the claim 3 times and no one contacted me. I have received another bill for the same violation today and have sent a 4th dispute. They are ignoring my disputes and just want me to pay them an unjustified fee.

My husband parked in the McKinley garage at XXX XXth Ave S in Nashville on 4/29/2022 for 69 minutes from 10:14 pm to 11:23 pm. In the past this garage granted one hour free and he knew we would be quick. However, my husband honestly did not realize that he owed any money upon leaving as the gates were completely open when he departed so he drove out to pick me and our relatives up at *******. Then we received a bill for $76.25 including a $6.00 parking fare. I filed a dispute online with McKinley stating that we honestly were unaware that we owed any money and asked for forgiveness. There may have been some signage but my aging husband simply did not see it. The auto response was that I would hear from them in 7-10 days. I did not. I contacted them two more times and was told that no action was necessary unless I heard back from them. Then I received another bill for $76.25. I am happy to pay the $6.00 parking fare. However $76.25 is clearly absurd. Please assist as we find this billing egregious. Thank you very much!

We received a notice from McKinley Payments of a parking violation #XXX-XXX-XXX). The picture attached to the violation notice online show a licnse number of JK **** and a picture of a white truck. Our license number is UK **** and is on a car. Upon receiving the notice from McKinley, we filed a dispute online on June 8th and received a confirmation of receipt and a note saying we would be contacted by a human. Today 7/16/2022, we received a 2nd notice to pay and a statement that this will be turned over for collection. I cannot find a phone number for this business at the address listed on the violation (502 6th Ave. South, Nashville, TN 37203. I filed a second complaint on line, but with no
response to the first, I am not expecting to hear from them. This is not our vehicle and I do not want my credit damaged for something that is not even mine.

On 6/24/22 I parked in a lot beside the ****** ******* store on 8th Ave S, Nashville,Tn. When I came out I had a $50.00 parking ticket on my windshield. This was on a late Friday evening. I have been parking there for TWO YEARS and never got a citation. I did not know it was a paid parking lot. I took photos of the lot/area, etc. The machine you're supposed to pay at is very far back in the lot so it doesn't appear to even belong to that lot. The lot is attached to an antique shop that is connected to **. There is a small sign as you pull in that doesn't say it is a paid lot.and at the very bottom in much smaller letters, it says ******* Lot Premier Parking. I paid the fine... but this is ********.

Thank You, I would appreciate that. Attached you will find a copy of the ticket I found attached to my windshield, as well as the check I sent to Premier to pay it. You may review the photos I submitted with my complaint attached to the initial dispute with BBB. I DO NOT agree with the ticket or the amount charged, however, I did not want any further expenses or issues. Again, I would appreciate the charges be dismissed altogether. Thank you, ****** *********

On July 6th 2022 I visited a parking lot managed by this business. They had a sign displayed outside the lot that stated "1st hour free". I have attached a photo of that sign. The company charged me nearly $** even though I was only parked for 38 minutes.

Their false price advertisement is predatory. The business refused to refund my money. The business is a predator.

I parked at the Metropolis managed lot named the "***********" which is a surface lot at *********************************. The kiosk instructs you to scan a code and enter your tag / car information. There is a sign clearly stating "First Hour Free." I went to their website and the opening page for that location says $**/* hours. However, if you click "View Details" the charge for two hours is $*. I provided screen shots for both pages. According to my receipt, I parked at *:*5pm and left at 9:*5pm. My credit card was charged $*****. When I found their very difficult-to-find customer service number************* and chose option 1 for customer service, the service agent told me that I was charged for 14 hours. The agent said "we can't do anything about this and they were sorry." I informed them that I would file a complaint and she abruptly hung up. Their contradictory information on their rates is deceitful and I feel like they stole my money. Please see attached screen prints. The link is: *************************.

Hello, when parking at the location described in literally every other complaint here involving McKinley Payments, I proceeded to the parking lot to park. Got out, meandered over to the booth that is typically where you start your time ticket for parking to find that the new way of doing things with this company is different. To simply park and when leaving, your license plate is captured and the card that is added to the parking app that is integrated is charged upon departure shortly after. This occurred except we ALSO got a bill in the mail telling us we failed to pay this, that we still owe a fine on TOP of the fee and that it would go on our credit if it was not paid (this equated to over $80 more than the $30 I already paid for parking there). Further, when attempting to dispute this with McKinley Payments directly, they have a ticket system that prevents you from speaking to any live agents to resolve the issue directly. Contacting their only number listed goes to voicemail. It is very clear that this is a predatory business model and I implore all of you who are affected by this to file a complaint with ******* against McKinley Payments. If enough people are affected by this, they will file a lawsuit against this scam-tactic company.
