Charge showed up on my Credit card from these guys in Nashville, Tenn. I checked online and no other information other than parking charge in Nashville, I live in Ohio so I called. Customer service was barely understandable and I have good hearing and am used to accents but it was determined the change was legit for parking in Ohio. I wanted to talk to a supervisor about why there was no reference to Ohio on the charge. The person could not figure out what I was asking, obviously she knew only enough English to ask for a license plate number so kept asking for a different plate number. Finally she said if I wanted to "talk" to "higher authorities" I had to email. Anyone looking to use this company the Customer service is terrible, their billing sucks, do not use them!

The folks at SP+ sent me a parking violation notice, but I have no connection to either the car or the license plate that they photographed. Further, I've never been to the parking lot that the fine is associated with. The only explanation that could be imagined is that the 1st three characters of the six character license is the same as one of my cars. Further, SP+ refuses any dispute of the notice except via **** mail. I recognize that SP+ isn't accredited by BBB, and I hope they never are.

This company is a nightmare. My boss was charged almost $300 for parking in a downtown Nashville lot during CMA Fest. He was parked in the lot for 10 hours but their cameras didn't capture him leaving because of a boarder around his license plate, so they charged him for 35 hours. I sent them screenshots from ******* that showed him arriving and leaving the parking lot, but the first 2 customer service agents I spoke to just denied the claim. So after being on the phone with them for over an hour they finally transferred me to a "manager" named ********. I asked ******** if there was any evidence or anything else we could provide to help resolve the issue and she told me there was nothing else we could do, and she hung up on me. I realize she may have just been having a bad day, so I don't want to judge, but I was very surprised by how rude and disrespectful she was.
After she hung up on me, I called back and was fortunate to get a different "escalate" customer service agent on the phone who was amazing. She took the time to dig back through camera footage and account information and was able to determine that the camera misread his license plate because of a boarder around it. She offered to refund around $220 of the $300 charge so that he was charged the correct amount. I'm beyond grateful for her help and would recommend her to anyone, but as for Metropolis as a whole, I would recommend avoiding this company whenever possible

Metropolis makes really cramped parking lots where it is impossible to back your car in and out of a spot, or even turn into a different lane. Every Metropolis lot I have been to is like this. They are trying to maximize the number of cars that can cramp into a space, which is really inconvenient.
And, they charge you a lot of money for it. I have paid $50 for one hour parking once, and before parking it was not clear that it was that expensive. This was in a random location, not even a prime location. We asked them for an explanation/refund and they denied our request.
It is clear that they are able to monopolize the parking lot business due to making so much money at the customer’s expense. So, it is very hard to find a lot in popular areas (eg- Broadway) that is not Metropolis.
Still, we have now vowed never to park at a Metropolis lot again. We’d rather walk. This company is everything that is wrong with the economy.

Horrible management being conducted at the atlanta airport. They dont care if your car is stolen and do nothing and laugh at you. They also wont make any changes according to the police to combat the high number of cars that are being stolen from the airport in Atlanta. Its so sad that they cant upgrade the systems, cameras and manpower to combat this. Losing 1 car a day in 2024 if extremely unacceptable and then 95 the first quarter of 2025. Something seems off here. Go down the rabbit hole of googling to see how bad it really is. Maybe its time for the City of Atlanta to make a change to who they are using to manage our parking garages.

This company is horrible! They misidentified my car and charged me for someone else's parking. It took multiple attempts to resolve the issue. They originally told me the charge wasn't a mistake and said they verified it was really my car, suggesting that I must have driven into the lot accidentally. When I pressed the issue, they said they would refund my money as a "one-time courtesy." I had to continue pressing the issue to finally get them to admit they made a mistake and ensure someone else's car wasn't linked to my account. The amount of time and effort it took to resolve this issue was exhausting. Do better, Metropolis!

I parked for one day and 23 hours at the Metropolis garage on 150 W. 38th Street , New York. I was emailed a bill for parking for 2 days and 19 hours. I emailed back disputing the charge stating that I had exited earlier than they claim and that my rental car was already returned to Washington National Airport at the time reported it exited garage on my emailed receipt. They rejected my claim notwithstanding the rental receipt showing time car is returned in DC. How is it possible that my car exited a parking garage in NYC at a time it was parked 240 miles to the south In Washington DC? What recourse do I have now?
