      We went to Nashville to pick a friend up at the airport and thought we'd go downtown for a bit to see the sights. We ended up stopping to get something to eat. There was a parking garage next door so we parked there. The app popped up, had my cc number and said we would be charged when we leave the facility. Well, it never charged me, not to my fault but the are trying to hit me with a $70 fine on a $6 bill. I can't get anyone to call me and I'm not paying. By the looks of the other reviews somebody needs to look into this business.

      I had 2 vehicles parked there in March for a family trip. Something happened when I entered the information for one of the vehicles. An honest mistake. I got a violation in the mail about a month later. I appealed the violation and told them I must have messed something up. To please let me pay just the parking fee. They denied it and had to pay a $70.25 fine. Will never go there again.

      I dive my son car for **** eats here in Nashville,TN. This company has yet to respond to my emails. On one occasion a parking garage worker told me to park in the garage. Well I had never been to this site before she told me that the first 15 mins was free. I clicked the button for a ticket and nothing can out but the gate went up. I parked the car and I was only in the store for 5 mins. They charged my $2 then a $40 free on top of that. I disputed that ticked and I haven't heard back from them. Then at another location I always call the restaurant and ask where to park and they tell me to park in the parking lot of course its free for the 15 mins you shouldn't get a ticket. They sent me another ticket for $110. I was only parked for 14 mins. The company is a scam billy drivers to get their money. This has to stop its not right. There was an **** parking sign that's another reason why I parked there . 514 Church St Nashville Tn . Please help me stop this company .

      Same as mentioned previously. I was there at the request of a tenant who was moving.. a little over 2 hours. I saw NO signs or even a way to pay since I didn't get a stub when I arrived. They have sent me a bill for 79.25 for a $4.00 charge. I also requested a review & was promised a phone call. No response yet. They are a total scam & shouldn't be allowed to operate in Nashville.🤬
