In addition to receiving a violation fee of $70+ (!!!), they have also ignored my appeal and sent another letter threatening to go to collection if left unpaid. Yet, auto-reply support email says: "Please note, once you've submitted a dispute there is no further action required from you. This includes following up on the status of your dispute and submitting a payment until an agent has contacted you." I followed their directions the first time and instead of an "agent" contacting me I simply received another more sinister notice. I will take responsibility for not understanding the parking rules, and I understand my dispute is not a strong case. But I still expect reasonable communication and resolution from a company charging so much for violations.

I've received two notices in the mail that I owe $88.25. I have proof that I paid for parking. When I disputed the first notice via email, they replied saying I did not have to pay anything until a human responded. No human has responded. I just got a second notice in the mail. Scam.

Scam. My parking was validated and there was an error at the machine. I have confirmation in email from ********** that I owed nothing. I filed a dispute with McKinley Payments and attached that confirmation. They have not processed the dispute and have provided no avenue to contact them. Instead, they keep sending me a $76.25 ticket and threaten to send the ticket to collections.

Hey everyone I'm in Michigan and I got the same letter funny thing is I've never been to Tennessee and I don't own a white car the plate was found on. It's a different plate with an old number of mine and I'm in Michigan I don't know what's going on. This company needs to be sued🤷

No stars if I could. that QR code system they implemented should be shut down. What was wrong with the normal ticketed pay system?? I messed up my license plate but still gave them a VALID payment method. I had to manually stop the session on the site but they didn't charge me... even though there was a start time and end time. the total was $0. 2 months later I get hit with a violation. I tried to explain and my request was denied. This is a horrible company that only wants to squeeze every penny out of their customers with no basic kindness or understanding. I get that I messed up my plate number but they literally didn't give me a chance to pay even though I provided a valid payment method. if it were a normal pay station, I would have been fine. I didn't try to "get out" of paying. they just jumped on the opportunity to fine me.

I'd give them a zero if possible. I was first time visiting the building and the parking gate was not clearly specified where to pay and how to get a ticket. When I left the parking garage trying to pay at the gate, the gate opened by itself without any warning. Then few days later I got a bill for $77.25 for not paying the parking. I wish they had more clear instructions and not opening the gate if not paid. I filed for a dispute and hoping to pay only the parking fee, but they denied it.

I agree with the rest of the comments below. This company is ridiculous. I tried calling their number to dispute my charges, but this is just a voice mailbox, and there's no way to reach someone for help! I entered the parking lot but couldn't scan the QR code. I scanned it in my physician's office as soon as I remembered, unaware that it didn't go through. I don't mind paying the parking fee even if there's a little amount added to it for their inconvenience, but the violation fee is so expensive it's more than enough to buy a whole meal!!

These people are straight unethical. They've somehow made an already broken industry even worse by being purposely deceitful and predatory. It's really quite a diabolically slimy business model. They've turned many of the "hourly" pay lots into "flat fee" pay lots. They already have your credit card info AND they post no signage about cost. Once you're in the lot for 1 second past their "grace period", BOOM $50 charge. Their customer support people could also care less. I can't imagine working for such a filthy, rotten company...their employees must hate their lives.

I would give zero stars if possible. My husband parked in this garage at a condo while completing a job through ********** for a resident. There was no kiosk to get a ticket, no place to pay at the end, and no signage. We received a bill in the mail over a month later saying we owed $18 for parking PLUS a $70.25 fee. I appealed the ticket and was denied via email over a month later. Absolute. Scam. We paid the ticket, but this was such a terrible experience. My husband didn't even make $80 completing the contract job so we're at a loss. This company is really taking advantage of people.
