      This company is fraudulent and it is very evident due to the number of spelling errors and lack of math skills with their fake invoice issued. I will make it a point to report them to the proper cyber security authority to bring their scam to light.

      I prepaid for parking for ********** and was sent a notification in the mail by this company for $67.99. I have my bank statement showing the prepaid parking was paid. I want someone to contact me ASAP. I see that this company has many other complaints about the same thing. It’s an absolute rip off and Palm Beach County should not allow this type of foolishness.

      Extremely shady company that has been buying out parking garages across the US. In Oxon Hills MD they increased rates with no warning during an event at the ******* ******** ******, despite advertising $24.99 parking online.
      In Nashville TN, they will charge you for 8 hours of parking up front, even if you only need to park for a much shorter time.

      My husband parked at ********** Fort Lauderdale. Downloaded this app. Entered all pertinent info/credit card #. Clicked on Submit.
      He did not see a very tiny box that was AUTOMATICALLY checked to OPT IN for a subscription to a MUSIC APP. HUH?
      It immediately charged $39, -- which he only knew because he gets immediate alerts from his Credit Card company.
      He spent almost an hour trying to figure out how to get that $39 erased.
      Knowing he had engaged the parking app to count down his time in the parking lot until he returned, he finally walked away- missing half the event we came for.
      When we returned to the parking lot the app tallied up the amount he owed: $12.99; we have a credit card charge showing we paid that $12.99 .
      Now, 3 weeks later we get a bill with that amount PLUS a fine, totaling $63,99, with NO WAY to contact anyone nor contest it, but including a COLLECTIONS THREAT .

      Sp+ innovation in operation. Sp Enforcement 507 Mainstream Drive Nashville, TN 37228. Fraudulently issues citations for parking violation at ********** 501 Evernia Street West Palm Beach location. There is no ability to 'Dispute" although advertised that you can. There was no ticket access to PAY FEE yet Sp innovation INCREASED a $16.99 parking fee to $67.99 with no prior notification. Additionally, the mailed citation is dated 1/3/2025 and wasn't received until 1/15/2025 further deliberately delaying ability to pay in a timely manner. These consumer price gauging tactics should be investigated, reported to the appropriate authorities and stopped immediately. The public has no appetite for such nefarious practices. ZERO stars ***** *

      I apologize I was unable to locate any request through customer care. Please contact us directly to try and resolve the issue. We will need the notice number or license plate number it was issued along with any proof of payment. We can then get it to the manager for review.

      I parked for 1 night accidentally put in the wrong departure date and was charged for 2 nights. The hotel representative said call number on receipt they would need my card number to give me a refund. This happened on 12/18/24. I've left 5 voice messages, sent 2 customer service request since 12/19/24 with no response. I just want a refund for the additional day.

      This company, and their contracted parking service, ******, purposely make the parking instructions vague for attendees of ***********************. I feel it is their business model to create additional revenue through parking violations. The ***** website and app comment on upgraded parking, but in no way link to how to pay for general parking. As a return customer, I remember paying as you enter the general lot. On my last visit, there were no attendants taking payments. There were no signs in the entrance to the lot informing customers as how to pay. After the show, before exiting the lot, we found a $75 parking violation on or windshield. On exiting the lot we them saw the parking sign!? I feel that it is intentionally misplaced. I filed a dispute, but never received a response from anyone. You got me, this time. I will not be returning.

      Predatory scam business practices. Sent me a fine even though I paid for parking, and when I sent them my parking receipt they said they are still fining me because it's dated for the next day in my bank statement, as is very standard for processing time with all purchases we make in our lives.
