      What a bunch of crooks. Refused to reimburse for overpayment for parking charges when they said I would be reimbursed. They constantly change their story so they don’t have to reimburse overcharging customers.

      Sooo upset right now. Parked in a parking area next to *************** restaurant to eat dinner at the restaurant. It was dusk and I didn't see any parking signs. Got up this morning to a ticket for $42...$25 for NO MONEY PAID, $7 for PARKING FEE, and $10 for ADMIN FEE. I am a Jax beach resident and thought we were exempt from having to pay for parking. I actually drove back to look for signage today. Ok...1 small sign at entrance...not able to see it as I pulled into the lot...1 small sign in the back of parking lot...not at all noticeable. I didn't even have my phone on me so even if o had seen the signs i wouldn't have been able to pay since the signs have a QR code i would have had to scan to pay. I truly feel this is such a scam...i am happy to pay the $7 but honestly feel the additional fees are ridiculous. So what? One cannot park a car at the beach if they don't have a smart phone on their person? Ridiculous

      I received a debt collector bill from this company for a car that my insurance deemed a total loss 8 MONTHS before said violation took place. I havent had the car in a year at this point. it is like they dont even try to find the person the car actually belongs to.

      I parked in a parking ramp in St Paul Mn that I’ve parked at numerous times. Today, I went into the ramp, the gates were open, no attendants in the booth. I assumed this meant they were not charging today because usually the gates are down & require you to take a ticket. Thought perhaps this was due to the New Years Holiday? I came back from eating lunch to find a $15 violation ticket on my car. Very deceptive. I paid it as it wasn’t my intent to not pay for something I should pay for. Disgusted!

      Nashville: lack of signage for specific parking and payment at 110 4th Ave South, Nashville. We pulled into a lot. Used the closest QR code to record our license plate and make our payment. The cost to park was not identified until after I entered my payment information. Then as we were leaving there was a card on our vehicle stating we parked in the wrong spot and were being fined.
      Perhaps if SP Plus would employ a parking attendant or provide clear signage to discern where their parking spots were I would have made payment to the correct company and I would not have incurred a fine. If I do not pay the fine to Metropolis Parking they will send my information to collections. What a scam by both companies in my opinion!!!!

      I was recently notified that because of an event downtown my monthly parking pass would not guarantee my access to the garage. I live downtown and rely on being able to park there safely to get to my apartment. Terrible business practices and customer service. SP+ also has poor quality parking systems and as a monthly parker I have had my pass fail to allow entry or exit dozens of times in the past couple months.

      Went to meet up for brunch in midtown Sacramento with my fiancé. Parked in location 61029. Entering the lot there are no signs posted at the entrance on how and where to pay. Signs are posted on the wall of the business all the way inside lot where a certain section states private parking. I however didn't park in the private area only in the public area. Came back to citations for $50. Would have paid the parking if we were aware but there were no signs in front of where we parked. Company purposely does this in order to make more money. It's a fraud. There were plenty of other cars parked in the area with upset owners as they were also unaware. Be careful for these scammers and trick they to go steal your money.

      COMPLAINT - RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF - POLICE CONTACTED BY STAFF

      Hi SP Parking,

      I've had a terrible experience today at your 1200 S Fern St, Arlington, VA 22202 location which left me mentally scarred. My card wasn't working and I did not have another to pay the $3 exit fee but the parking attendant called me a liar and a baby and called the manager. When the manager came, he was dressed in casual street clothes with no SP+ badging and he immediately addressed me in an unprofessional aggressive tone asking me "which store was I at" to which I responded that he was not going to talk to me in that manner. He then proceeded to call the police who came to assist. It took about 15-20 minutes for the police to arrive and b/c the exit line was getting long, the manager diverted the line and let about 15 cars exit for free. Once the police arrived, we agreed that I should go into the ****** to use the ATM which I did. However, in the end it turns out I was allotted free 2 hour parking so I didn't have to pay anything.

      Seriously SP parking, is this the staff you have in your company and on your management team? This was a total waste of emergency services's time and the whole situation could have been resolved with better customer service and communication. You really should take more time to properly train your staff and if training is not working, let go of employees who will only serve as a liability for your company in the future.

      Hopefully this message reaches the proper people before another customer suffers the wrath of improperly trained staff.
