      We went and ate at a restaurant and was told parking was free… we get a ticket on our car, for $75!!!!!! That outrageous and ridiculous… parking for the 1.5 hour we were there would have been $15 according to your website. I think it’s highway robbery to charge someone $75 for a parking violation when they were told it was free parking….

      Went to a concert last night in Charlotte. Parked, snapped a picture of the QR code, made our payment and received a text receipt that funds were received. After the show we have a $75 citation itemized as $5 parking fee and $70 admin fee. WHAT A SCAM. Why are the authorities not pursuing this horrible company?

      This company is a scam, thought up to make money while offering nothing. I have to pay to park at a building I work at that's owned by the government while they offer no services or protection of my car. Scam. scam. scam. This is corporate greed, nothing else.

      I would give 0 stars if I could. This company *****. They will give you the runaround on everything. I’ve been calling for 8 months trying to reserve monthly parking. The customer service reps suggest parking lots and garages very far from my home when there is a mostly empty lot behind my building. Not a single useful thing has been suggested. I was willing to pay. The city I live in needs to do better. Shame on this company for their scamming and avoiding problems.

      I’m not sure if there is any regulations over SP+ operations, I had parked in downtown Cincinnati on Saturday night for an hour these people had just thrown parking violation ticket on windshield with $85 in total. There are two issues, first thing parking lot mentioned on ticket is different than where I had parked, secondly even if the parking I had parked is maintained by SP+ then I’m not expecting charges to be $85 for an hour. Parking on Saturday night max is $15 and SP+ had put $25 for parking $10 for admin fee and $50 is violation penalty! When I raised dispute they just resolved it without hearing my side mentioning their records doesn’t show payment ! Well if you have charged for different parking lot then of course you won’t see it! I’m fine to pay parking charges as I missed to observe if there was parking payment board as it was completely dark and I cannot go back to Cincinnati just to check that! I hope they hear me!

      Towed my Vehicle despite having a Valid Parking Reservation. Sued them in Small Claims Court. They failed to appear And still refuse to accept responsibility or pay for for towing fees. Their tow company also slashed both of my rear tires. This is the type of company that needs a royal kick in its ***.

      3 calls to their customer service with no resolution- they can only tell you your supposed balance owed and they have a review team you can email but dont waste your time, after my 3rd attempt and 3rd call to verify the correct email address I still havent heard a word. This is outright criminal. Come park in our garage, were going to send you a bill and say you owe us with no way to dispute. Their bill even says go to this website to dispute your ticket but go figure theres no dispute option available only an option to pay. Absolute trash company, I eventully had to give up and pay it so these criminals dont trash my credit.... please feel free to reach out, I would love to discuss

      I give these people 0 stars...I parked in one of their lots on May 5, 2023 a few days ago. Put on all the information funds came off my card and everything. Went to a restaurant for bout an hour. Came out to a 78.00 ticket on my windshield. Why is this? I don't know. I called every number I could find and ****** I still couldn't talk to anyone. I even tried to dispute it. And send proof of where the funds were taking out. But since it wouldn't let me no matter how many times I tried to put my phone number in the whole action wouldn't go thru...And I still can't get thru or talk to anyone. If this is not a scam to the people,,,then I don't know what if. But what I do know is I'm (NOT??) paying for something again that's already been paid... Scam,,, Scam,,, Scam...And something needs to be done about them...

      They have a payment site that looks fraudulent and ***** even mentioned not to use the page to pay. This company is a scam and charges people false rates. I paid 20$ for my stay and its 8$ an hour they want me to pay 70$ for two hours. Theres no phone number to call and when u try to talk to them they act rude. I was told if i wanted to pay i can pay via mail to a po box on cincinati oh…. Not even where im located. This company should be reviewed for not having a secure payment site and also should have their logo on it. They have it hosted on a local host which is fake.

      This is a dishonest company that creates barriers to problem resolution. When we prepaid for a parking space and then were charged a fee for enforcement of parking without payment, it was extremely difficult to resolve. The website did not work, and it took some sleuthing to find a phone number of a person to call to help. The people there were not helpful and multiple calls were made. One admitted that staff made an issue with multiple cars at this lot and promised to remove the charge, but then we were sent to collections. More phone calls made, and not sure it is resolved yet. The summary of this is that I think they try to wear you down so that you just pay the extra fee to make it go away.
