      Running leaf blower with lights next door at 8:30 pm. Knocked on my door at pm. Most disrespectful company in Virginia. I’m reporting you to the county. This is a SAFETY ISSUE. *******

      THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM.
      Ashton came to our door and stated we could cancel at anytime. After being dissatisfied with their service my husband tried to cancel only to find out we’ve been locked into a year contract without our knowledge.

      Guy came to my house twice yesterday very pushy and rude and odd sketchy behavior he came back last night and I found him in my yard with a flashlight after dark sneaking around police called and and they looked for him most of the night this salesman did this to multiple of my neighbors. I have security footage of him. No business card only wearing a shirt with company logo. Beware of this company. Not safe

      False advertisement. They had people going house to house selling their services. Me being the the person that like to hear people out and give them a chance went on and gave them a chance with them telling me I could cancel at anytime if I didn't like their service. Well when I called to cancel their service they said i needed to pay which wasn't told to me when I signed up. I tried to explain to the manager on the phone and he said he couldn't do that for me. So I paid for one more service and wanted to cancel again because its just not good. They ended up making me pay a cancelation few of $215 which is wild. So I've called and answered a few of their calls and they start sending me text and emails that I was late paying a cancelation few which is also unheard of and it was a late few with it. Now they sent me to collections which is even more wild because I gave them a chance and I feel they pretty much took advantage of me. They really need to be stopped!
      They really need to do right by the people!

      DO NOT AGREE TO USE THIS COMPANY OR GIVE YOUR EMAIL OR PAYMENT INFORMATION.
      THEY WILL LOCK YOU INTO A YEAR LONG CONTRACT WITHOUT YOUR APPROVAL.
      Beware!!!! The door-to-door salesman will tell you that you can cancel anytime, however, the agreement they email to you states it is a one year and the salesman has you open it the day he is there in person to make sure you received it. Such trickery!!!!!!!! You are locked in to a one year contract without your approval. AVOID

      I had a gentleman named Blake cold knock my door and sell me the world. He even said if anything is wrong text him personally. So when the services did not live up to the proposed service I texted him. He ignored me the first time. The second time he told me not to text or call him… call the office. So now that I’m moving for work they are trying to charge me for extra service that I don’t need and will not cancel the service. I messaged in to tell them I am moving and Amanda took my call first, she was polite at first, she looked to see if where we are moving is in their service area. The new location is not. She would not cancel my service even though it’s not in their service area. I told her I don’t know when we will move and our mail will be forwarded for a few weeks. She then says I only have 30 days or the fee stands. I At this point was a little aggravated and said I am not paying the extra fee especially when your services are not good at all. She proceeded to hang up on me. I do not recommend this company at all.

      Thank you for reaching out to us through the Better Business Bureau. We appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
      On January 6, 2025, you contacted our Account Care team to request cancellation of your services due to moving. Your account was established on June 11, 2024, under a one-year agreement. As explained by our representatives, accounts canceled before the fulfillment of the agreement term are subject to a cancellation fee of $150 plus applicable taxes. However, because you informed us that you were moving out of our service area, we also offered you the option to waive the cancellation fee if you provided Proof of Move.
      To clarify, Proof of Move can be any document showing your name and your new address (such as a utility bill, lease agreement, or piece of mail). This documentation helps us ensure the waiver is applied appropriately.
      Our representative explained that you had 30 days to provide this proof and that during this time, your account would remain on hold with no additional charges or service activity scheduled. Despite our attempts to assist by offering the email to which you could send your Proof of Move, you indicated you would not provide this information. As a result, your account was closed that day, and the cancellation fee was applied according to the terms of your agreement.
      We want to emphasize that we are still willing to waive the cancellation fee if you provide the Proof of Move within the 30-day period. Please don’t hesitate to contact us at 615-434-5774, and our team will assist you with the next steps.

      URBANEX CLARKSVILLE - SCAM! They will send a salesman to your door and fail to tell you that you are signing a contract for $800 dollar worth of pest control services. When you attempt to cancel they will charge you a $171 service fee--or try to tell you that you still have 5+ visit left--even though by that point you don't need their services!

      The prices would be affordable if it actually worked. I signed up and had a couple of treatments and was still seeing spiders and other bugs. I ended up losing my job so I had to pause the treatments. I talked to an account manager and we were talking about options and the final conclusion was that I would call them back but they could push it out to January 6th because like I said I lost my job and didn't have the money to pay a cancellation fee. I woke up not even a week later to my account cancelled and $175 taken out of my account, causing my account to be negative, for a cancellation fee. I talked to her again this morning, her name was Amanda, and she said that she told me that she was closing the account and they would take the money which was NOT what she said. She lied about how our whole call went. For them to be a "small business" they could care when their clients are going through things but they don't. Your product didn't even work. Would never do business with them again. And like I said twice before, THE PRODUCT DOESN'T WORK. Don't waste your money by signing up reading these reviews the door to door salesperson begged their customers to write BEFORE actually seeing results.

      Dear crooked and dishonest company,
      I am writing to address the recent issues we've encountered with your service. We do not owe you anything. Your salesman assured us that we could cancel if we were not happy for any reason. We canceled because your team never showed up, despite calling at 10 AM to say they were on their way. Later, we received a message around 3 PM stating they had arrived, but our poodle scared them off and wouldn't let them knock on the door.
      When we canceled, you attempted to charge us $100, and are still trying to charge an additional $100 for a spray that never occurred. It is clear to us the type of management and business practices you run. This is precisely why customers do not respect our field; companies like yours operate in such a manner.
      We will not be paying this bill, and I will block all forms of communication if you continue to waste your time emailing and calling.
      Additionally, I recommend you do some online research to get customer reviews about Urbanex Pro Pest Control from Louisville, KY. It might provide some insight into how your business is perceived.
